Run!! Rude Manager and they steal your money! I ordered through Door Dash, they do their own deliveries. I cancelled due to it being a 2 hour wait. They never gave me my money back; I checked with my bank. Nothing!! No food and money stolen!!!

Tierra made me another sandwich when I accidentally ordered the wrong one. It was so kind and she did it so quick

My wife showed up here 15 minutes before they closed on a Friday night after spending all day at the hospital. The workers inside saw her knocking and turned around. Pretty rotten customer service.

I ordered from here for lunch and had it delivered tobthe office where i work the person that delivered my order sat my order on the floor on the other side of the door in my building. I called the location to send me another order, the same guy came back to re deliver my order started yelling and cursing at me because he had to re deliver it. Im at work in the middle of helping someone and im arguing with this guy. This was the most unprofessional service i have ever experienced and i will never order from here again.

Won't let you order over the phone or inside when it is an half hour before close. Make you waste time and go outside and order it online then and only then will they make it for you. This place has a tip jar too. Why would you tip someone when you have to place your own oder and pay for it online? They make enough just to throw a sandwich together that would take less than 5 mins. Such a lazy and most opposite way of customer service Ive ever heard.

They tried to overcharge me and then were extremely rude and tried to convince me I ordered some sandwich called a gargantuan when all I ordered was a giant #10 combo. Honestly probably the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had

THE ABSOLUTE MOST WORST SERVICE!!! i called the other day and guy answered and i can barley even understand him. i was placing my order and i said i want two tuna sandwiches a pickle and chips. the phone call was literally like 10 mins long because he kept talking to his co worker as i was on the phone ignoring what i was saying. my food took OVER AN HOUR. Then when my food came it was wrong. it was ONE tuna sandwich with a pickle and chips. I was so upset because maybe if he was listening to me when i was speaking on the phone we wouldn’t have had this issue. he was the most unprofessional person to be answering phones and my delivery was not freaky fast. him and his co worker kept talking to each other and passing the phone back and forth. i wish i can tell a manager. never coming back here ever again. so annoying

Stopped to buy a sandwich when they first opened for the day. I was the only one in store and there was only one employee working who did not look busy. Asked for extra vinegar, bought my sandwich, went to work. Opened it up and found it to be drenched in oil. It was very hard to eat and unappetizing.

I have been craving a real sub like i am use to in South Carolina and Subway wasn't doing it for me. I heard of Jimmy johns but i was very skeptical about getting one. So i went and got one today. I got to say it gave me everything I needed in a sub. It was juicy, meaty, with extra lettuce, hot peppers, and mayo. I will be returning sooner than later. The service was excellent the young man was very helpful and he communicated exactly how i wanted it. I think his name is enco don't quote me on it and the lady that fixed the sub fixed it like she likes it. That wasn't communicate but i felt like she had fixed it for herself. Nice and quick energy was awesome.  Jimmy johns you get 5 frm me.

I usually order from this Jimmy John’s while at work. I have never had a problem, the drivers always follow instructions to give me a call when they are here Macys - PF Changs entrance =.  Food is always correct, drivers are always pleasant. Thank you, I will continue to order!
