Fast service and a great tasting sandwich. My only gripe is this: they fold the meat and cut the bread in such a way that when you take a bite all the insides shoot out the side of the sandwich and you have to constantly repack it. Just cut the bread all the way in half by crikey. Fresh veggies though.Food: 4/5
Steer clear of this location! Absolute garbage crew here. Today the bread on my sandwich was so soggy it was as if it had been literally soaked in water. Beyond disgusting-- so much so that I'm not sure I'll ever go to JJ's again. Yuck.Food: 1/5
I came at the end of lunch hour. I got great service, and the box lunch I ordered was a great meal. The drive thru was steady. When I arrived, the dining room was full but quickly emptied. This is a great spot for a quick lunch.Food: 5/5
I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at Jimmy John's. Not only did they get my daughter's order wrong by giving us a turkey and cheese sandwich instead of a BLT, but they also forgot my other daughter's sandwich entirely. When I called to report the mistake, they had the audacity to ask me to come back to the restaurant to swap the sandwich. When I asked them to deliver it instead, they demanded a $4 fee. To add insult to injury, they refused to offer me a refund for their mistake, only a credit for my next visit. This is completely unacceptable, and it is clear that Jimmy John's has no respect for their customers or their hard-earned money. This is not the first time that Jimmy John's has made mistakes with my order. In my previous experience, they forgot to include the chips in my order and I had to make an extra trip to the restaurant to retrieve them. It seems like every time I order from Jimmy John's, something goes wrong. Now, I have two crying children and no proper meal for them. This kind of behavior from a restaurant is simply unacceptable and is a clear indication that they do not value their customers or their satisfaction. In conclusion, I strongly advise against patronizing Jimmy John's. Their service is consistently terrible, and they have demonstrated a complete lack of competence and care for their customers. Choose a different restaurant that values your time, money, and satisfaction.

Not sure if everyone is ordering sandwiches lately, but my past 3 deliveries have been taking longer than expected. Even when I include a tip for the mobile order, I'm still waiting close to 30-45 minutes for a sandwich combo. Now, I do live close to the location and yes, it's a convenience for me to have it delivered, but I'm still waiting for that same amount of time. The app is inaccurate and said that the food was delivered and it wasn't. Even when I called to check the order, I was told to look around for it as the "delivery driver" likes to hide it in plane sight. Why do I have to find or play games with my food? Jimmy John's is gonna have to change its slogan to freaky slow.

Everyone inside was super nice and the food was great. The only reason for the 3/5 review was the fact that there was one person bossing everyone around and speaking down to them the entire time I was there. That’s no way to treat co-workers, especially in front of a guest.
