This will be my last visit. Quality and cleanliness have been slipping. Today the restroom was nasty and out of towels. The employees were all kids who were complaining about customers. If you don’t start doing any better, you won’t have any more customers.
Clean location during my visits. Subs are made fast.
Great sandwiches and they make food SOO fast! Also the cookies are just amazing!
Always great sandwiches served by friendly quick staff. Just wish they still had sprouts !
Dirty!! They are in there with gloves touching everything and then making your sandwich. I had to ask both employees to change their gloves. DO BETTER! Basic sanitary guidelines to follow.
Every night they seem to stop answering the drive through a half hour early. Poor service.
We ordered a box of subs for staff at my job on Monday for lunch. The subs had 1 little piece of meat a tomato and pile of lettuce. Nothing like what you would get buying 1 sub. No condiments, we did find 1 sub in the box with 2 pieces of meat a 1/2 a piece of cheese. Sad all that money for sorry subs.
Ordered the #7 The Spicy sub.... well, I ordered the 16" version and got into my car to find that I have about 5 hot peppers and 3, half dollar size tomatoes on one half of my sub. This is crazy people.
