So it's nice ride to get off your feet and listen to some funny dad jokes! It's always nice to see the revisions they have made over the years tying it to the new Disney movie staring the Rock. Always is a good time but of course it always will depend on your cruise director!
one of the best non-thrill rides. the line isn't normally long. i waited for 25 minutes. this is a good ride if you just want to rest from walking around all day. the boat conducter will make sure you laugh and have a good time. they replaced the native americans with mischievous monkeys and i think it worked out perfectly.Visited onWeekendWait time10–30 min
A nice calm and relaxing cruise through the jungle to look at the animals, signt see and of course hear some jokes form the skipper. Too bad The Rock wasn't there cause I was wearing his Project Rock gear! There wasn't a lot of people on our boat since we went when the park just open. The ride isn't that long and we didn't have to wait in line at all so that was great. We came back and rode it a second time but this time, we got stuck there for an hour. A boat got stuck and had to be helped being towed back to the dock so we got stuck waiting in the jungle.
Very fun and relaxing ride, specially for Kids. The attractions of animals and other fauna was very realistic to fool a 7 year old.
Absolutely love this ride and dialogue presented by the boat pilots. This is a must ride while visiting Magic Kingdom. Always a good time. Love the presentation and displays on this ride path.
Skipper Edward sped through the spiel. You couldn't hear or understand him. Not one of us on the boat laughed the entire trip and this is a hilarious ride usually with everyone cracking up. Waited a long time in a hot line for a miserable experience. Update: we decided to have a redemption ride the next day and Skipper Vicky killed it - she had us cracking up the whole time! Added a star back.
My kids were very amazed by all that they saw on the cruise. I remember enjoying it as a kid myself and again as an adult. I admire the employee that gave the tour because at the end before getting off he said, " Stay in school kids or you'll be going around in circles for 8 hours like me". Everyone laughed.
The jungle cruise is one of the original rides from opening day of Disneyland. It is a ride where you hop on a boat and take a tour of a make shift jungle with fake animals. During the whole time, the boat captain narrates the whole journey with cheesy jokes which sometimes can be hilarious with the right person. Nothing has changed on this ride since I remembered as a kid but it never gets old going on the ride.
Classic Walt imagineering with witty slippers and the eighth wonder of the world. First cruise of the day was great way to skip longer lines.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
The line is usually very manageable. The natural comedic instincts of the "tour guide" make a big difference. Always a fun relaxing ride.
