A class act! Excellent instruction by Professors Marcelo & Renata. My 7 year old twins love coming here and truly enjoy the classes. I Highly recommend them.

The best place to train and learn the gentle art of Brazilian jiu jitsu. I have been training for 4+ years now under professor Marcelo Oliveria. His teachings have not only improved my self defense, but my overall health physically and mentally. Highly recommended to come and give it a shot. It will be one you won't regret.
