Couldn’t be happier with the service I got from JJ Auto Body. The experience alone was very pleasant. I’m pretty particular with details and they definitely met my expectations. I took some export mirrors for my Cobra to them after previously taking them elsewhere to get painted first body shop did not match my Laser Red paint. JJ Auto Body did a amazing job at matching my 27 year old original paint! I’ll be bringing all my parts and work to them moving forward. Definitely recommend! Poor Workmanship and Dishonest!! This body shop replaced a bumper for me. The car had been hit while parked on my residential street. Both the front bumper and headlight were damaged. I opted to have only the bumper repaired. The work initially looked alright. Over time, the bumper has begun to separate from the body of the car. I called them to alert them to the issue was told to bring the car in. After looking over the car, they said they could see some superficial scrapes on the underside of the bumper and that this was evidence that I had caused the bumper to separate. When I pointed out that this is normal wear and tear, and that for any kind of vehicle which is even marginally low to the ground, these kind of superficial scrapes when exiting, e.g., a steep driveway can't be avoided, they then pointed out the damage to the headlight as evidence that I caused the bumper separation. When I pointed out that this was from the initial accident, and that I had opted not to have it fixed, they returned to their original argument about the superficial scrapes. All this is in spite of the fact that I have a written warranty stating, "We will warranty the workmanship and paint to be free from defect for minus normal wear and tear or user error for as long as you own the vehicle....If a problem should arise, we will rectify immediately."...Since posting this the business has tried to refute the review. First, there was no yelling...they were polite to me, and I was in return to them. Also as previously stated, the headlight damage was from the initial accident and I opted not to have it replaced. There was no attempt to work with me, only the refusal by the business to remedy their poor work and honor their warranty.Service: Body & Trim

Had a great experience working with JJ auto body. I was rear ended and the other driver’s insurance was very unresponsive and a little hard to work with. The girls in the main office gave me a heads up that this would be the case but they’d be on top of it. Karen kept me up to date on all the details via text which is very convenient! I am a car enthusiast, and so it was really important to me to find a good body shop after my car was damaged in a parking lot hit and run. JJ Auto Body was recommended to me by a friend who is even more passionate about cars than I am. My friend hadn't actually used the shop himself, but I figured I would trust his recommendation. Its been a few months since the repair work was completed, and I am very happy with both my experience and the results. I went in with really high expectations for the work. JJ did not disappoint. They completed my insurance claim, and they also fixed a couple of other items that I had been wanting to work on for a while. My service advisor, Yaneli, provided a reasonable and very accurate estimate for the work. Throughout the process, she was always easy to get in touch with, and she always knew the exact status of my car. I was really impressed with how communicative the shop was. When I first went in to pick up my car, I carefully scrutinized all the work. I did find two minor imperfections in the paintwork. I pointed those items out to to the shop, and they immediately offered to fix it whenever it was convenient for me. They even found a tiny, third imperfection that I hadn't seen. In the end, the work did take a bit longer than initially expected, but the results really were worth it. My car looks flawless again. I hope I don't require a body shop again. But, if I do need body work, I will definitely go back to JJ.

Used JJ's shop a year ago for a side impact that damaged both passenger doors and both front and rear side panels. The work was immaculate and service was incredibly professional. A true hidden gem. Returned this year but unfortunately the car was deemed a total loss. Again our service was professional and prompt despite the current backlog they are dealing with during holiday season. Communication was at is best, sometimes the repair can take a bit longer than expected but they do take care of you and keep you updated every single day if they can, but the best part is that you can always contact them to update you about your vehicle any time. .I called dr garage door yesterday, and they were able to come the next day and already got a quote going. They were able to do the work right then. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. The tech was great. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Had some front end collision on my Alfa Romeo. Not a lot of shops do a good enough job on Alfa's but luckily I was recommended by a good friend and oh boy am I glad I got this referral. I was a bit stumped on who to take my car to for the alfa but Jimmy and his team did an excellent job. The repairs came back perfect and I am so appreciate to all the staff that kept me up to date throughout the entire process including Jimmy, Mayra, and Karen.
