My husband and I did a guided kayaking tour in Congaree National Park on a recent visit, and had a great experience. The guide was kind, knowledgeable, and funny. The route was gorgeous. The guide did most of the hard work of loading and unloading the boats, but we did help carry the boats from the trailhead to the water, which I honestly think improved the experience and made us feel like we were really participating in the activity. I would 100% recommend JK Adventure Guides to anyone looking for a great way to experience Congaree!

Tim and Justin were very friendly and the place is absolutely beautiful. We had 4 and 5 year olds with us and the three hours was too long for them. It was amazing for the grown ups though.

I like this company. Charles was a great guide and showed us lots of cool snakes and got us there and back with nobody getting wet. I definitely recommend and will use JK when we come back.

One of the best ways to visit Congaree NP. Our guide Alan was very nice and friendly. He shared many stories about the park and the city of Columbia, and yet we had many quiet moments when we could just enjoy being there, surrounded by the nature. Highly recommended tour.

We had a great experience kayaking Cedar Creek with JK Adventure guides in late September. Our guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the park and local area and also gave us plenty of time to appreciate the peace and quiet of the creek. Would highly recommend this as the way to experience Congaree NP.
