Jim has a B.S. in Business Administration and has been in the construction industry for over 40 years. He began by building houses then shifted to the electrical field. He worked as an electrician for 23 years and earned his Master Electrician certification.
In 2012, Jim became a certified home inspector. He owned and operated his home inspection business in Sioux City for five very successful years before relocating to the Des Moines area to be closer to his three daughters and six grandchildren.
Jim loves everything about the construction industry and even built his own home. From his work experiences and training, Jim is well-versed in all areas of construction. He has a keen eye for detail and truly enjoys helping others ensure they are making the best decisions when it comes to their home.
Jim is assisted by his wife of 36 years, Mary, with marketing and office management.
