Wow, I’m blown away by this Jo Malone boutique. I did a work event here and Emery and Delia made it a smashing success! Not only did they operate with professionalism and extreme customer service making the planning easy, but the event it’s self was top notch and Delia and her team were so knowledgeable and friendly. My clients are absolutely elated and so am I! Thank you again Emery & Delia!

I came in this past weekend with my sister after making a previous purchase with Peta, who has beautiful customer service. However, this time she was absent and another SA was there A short middle-aged white woman with curly hair and glasses. Her mannerism and service left a lot to be desired and my sister decided she didn't want the fragrance, but quickly changed her mind. When she went back to buy her fragrance it was placed in a box with no bag. She said it would cost her extra per the biased salesperson. This left a bad taste in my mouth so I decided to leave a review. I was so disappointed in that experience and especially with this person behaving as it hurt her to provide us service. I would suggest that JM do better with cultural training and consider not charging extra for customers to have a shopping bag with their purchases. The idea is unsettling- being charged at a boutique for a bag! How crass!

Great location, Customer service it's a huge deal for them, you are not just going to buy a perfume, you will have a truly special experience and leave from there smelling good and happy. Peta was a great consultant, very knowledgeable kind and charming. Thank you Peta

Favorite location , every one is super friendly and professional.

The consultant spent a great deal of time with myself and a friend explaining the frangance combinations, working with ones I currently have and suggesting possible warmer or fresher scents when blended. After we made our purchases she then gave us both the most delightful hand and arm massage with the frangance of our choice. Upon opening my box the next day, I discovered she had also placed a complimentary massage card for myself & a friend alongside the three bottles. It was the best retail experience I have had in years. Thank you
