This place sold my girl a Black Ford 2016 Explorer. We traded in our vehicle. The owner Juan claimed there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. The very same day I explained to the dealership something was wrong with the vehicle. The turbos was leaking the new engine they said they put in has leaking freezes plugs, the ecm is faulty and the catalytic converters. These people are fraudulent and have completely destroyed my girlfriend financially. She can no longer do uber for a living or take care of her everyday responsibilities. I would not recommend anyone to business with such criminals!!!.

I called asking a price and they can’t give a price people are theft in other words they see the victims if looks stupid they charge more money the woman Monica do not give price no good people keep away from people like this

2014 Chevy Cruze. I don't have the words to say it but Carlos is definitely the best in this field, He can do what any other dealer is unable to do. You don't feel the pressure of a person forcing you to choose and buy a car! in fact he let you walk alone around the dealer, gives you the keys for any car you ask and always answer your question like if he is buying the car. He always ask what are your ideas or your needs and give his opinions so you can have a clear view. If i can define my experience. I came here because my brother had got 2 cars from this place and I was still skeptical cause my brother is very is easy to satisfy. But my experience with Joanka auto sales was great. No hassle or anything. He let me bring my mechanic and test drive the vehicle with no problems. Some places don't like to let you bring your mechanic, that's how I knew he was being honest. He worked with me on the payment of my car and I was able to leave the lot asap with my car. I have me a good running car with a good battery, transmission, motor and starter which is what really matters. My kids love the car. Also the staff is very welcoming, helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this place for purchasing a car. By the way that Carlos is very workable. He's very pleasant and helpful.

Amazing place! I highly recommend it, great deals and amazing customer service. Not only did I buy my second car here, but also brought my cousin to buy his car as well. We are super happy with the way we were treated. If you don’t know how to buy a car or what to do after getting a car these guys will guide you and help you as much as they can.
