My husband left a few items for dry cleaning and when I picked them up I noticed that one of the items was not my husband’ shirt. The lady that works in that place did not allow me to take a picture and told me to take everything home and return later if it was not his. In the car I texted my husband he confirmed that it was not his item and noticed that there was another shirt missing. I returned to the place and tried to explain it to the lady. She was in a phone call, did not even listen to me. Got the shirt, gave me $5 and said “go”. I told her: I am not going, I am missing one item. She did not even listen to what I was saying. Kept saying “you go” and kept shouting in another language. She did not even make an effort to look for the missing item or told me that she was going call me back later. I am extremely disappointed and I am not coming back to this place. Switching items is not uncommon in dry cleaning places and when it happened with me in other places, they always handled in a much politer way.

Stopped in with a friend that needed alterations. She's a super picky friend and she was satisfied. Turn around time was impressive and the quality of the service was bearable. I was surprised that they pay in advance. Hadn't had that experience before. I wondered what would happen if I wasn't satisfied and had already paid? Maybe it's just me.

They do a superb job with quick turnaround.

Fast service and great location, but big language barrier.
