Need to work on customer service. I asked for help about certain things and the lady helping me was not nice or helpful. I usually love this joannes but the person helping me made me feel incompetent And rushed. :

There's so much more than sewing, knitting, and other fabric and yarn beard items. I didn't know that! I even found they had purse straps! I needed that actually. Great store, great prices!

I got fabric and the woman who helped cut the fabric for me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Wish I got her name! Will definitely be returning

Awesome selection of lace trims- many colors and sizes! Unlike the Roseville store that only had ivory and no white. Worth the trip. The staff there is very helpful and polite.

Good selection of goods. Great sales. Could use more knowledgeable salespeople sometimes.

I always forget how awesome this place is. Except to my pocketbook when I take my daughter in with me.

Not a bad place. Only giving 4 stars because I had to wait in the long check out line just to pick up my already paid for online order. Just wish they had a seperate pick up area especially with check out lines long and one cashier. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt but 4 stars for now.
