The staff are always very helpful when it comes to locating items or making sure they're on sale. The overall store is nicely organized too. Huge shout out to Tony for being extra helpful and cheery behind the register or fabric counter. Rememeber to save and use those coupons.
The staff here is wonderful! They will go out of their way to make sure you are getting what you want at the best deal possible, and they have a great selection. They will be my first stop from now on
The wife and daughter love this store. Only issue I have so far is that when we ordered online the items they said was in stock was not in stock. Went to store and the items they said was not in stock was actually in stock. Update inventory!
Cool fabric for more marks
I have found the stores to be very poor when it comes to customer service. Besides the poor service, I have placed orders online twice, only to find out a few hours later,, that they no longer had the product. I was told by a store manager that their inventory tracking is usually 3 days behind.
Absolutely love this store! The selection of fabric is better than CB or the West Omaha store. Helpful and friendly staff.
The staff is absolutely amazing. They are always willing to help. I have never had a bad experience from the time I enter to checking out.
Prices are a bit high, not so much in selections, but the staff is wonderful! Much easier to navigate than hobby lobby and smaller too.
