If you feel like getting verbally assaulted and belittled this is the place to go! The staff there is unprofessional and rude. McDonald's has better customer service than this place. The people here don't care about you. They only care about taking your money. We came in to get our medical records so we can move to a new doctor. All we got was attitude and disrespect from the front desk lady. And then on top of that she dares to yell at us in front of all her other patients because she "thought" we were disrespecting her by sticking the middle finger when we actually just pointed towards the door. This kind of service reflects what kind of practice they run here. So if you don't mind the attitude, disrespect, and unprofessionalism this is the place for you.

I seek Dr nicanor joaquin on Sept 20, 2016 for a regular check up as well as get a referral to see my ob. His associate informed me that they will take care of said referral and will fax it to my ob that same day and will give me a ring once it's done. I waited a couple days to give my ob a call so I can make an appt for a check up. Surprise, my ob didn't received any referral from Dr joaquin. I called his office and was told that it has been faxed. Friday that week, I called my ob again and still no referral. By then I'm getting irritated because I need to see my ob and I won't be able to see her unless I have that said paper. I called Dr joaquin's again and was told this time that their fax is broken. So now they're giving me the run around. No decency to give their patient a call to inform them on what's going on knowing I'm waiting for that damn referral. They offered to mail the paper to my ob that they didn't do it either. And now they want me to go pick it up so I can drop it off to my ob. I work koolina and finishes 4pm everyday. By the time ever I reach town, their office would be close. It is now day 10 and my ob is still awaiting for my referral before I can make an appt. Great, what a joke his staffs are. I waited 2 hours to be seen by Dr joaquin and now I'm still waiting for them to send my referral to my ob. 10 days and counting..
