There are MANY services to be had here and MANY programs to take advantage of. There's a Resource Room with computers, fax, and copiers all free of charge to use. There's no time limit for the use of computers however there is a 10 page copy limit. The staff is ALWAYS happy to assist. Key word being, "ASSIST". They do not do your work for you. There are telephones for unemployment as well. They also have Veterans PRIORITY Services. There's also a SNAP representative present on Mondays and Tuesdays. They just started back with Hope For Prisoners. So many Services to choose from. Check out the education programs free of charge for low income qualifying candidates.

I see why all these other individuals rated them a one star. I was on the phone for less than 5 minutes and by the tone from how he picked up, to the phone to how he hung he was not excited or interested to help. It felt like he was just there for a pay check.

They were extremely helpful and resourceful at this location. Although they did not get me what I went there for. I was referred there by a security guard to get a guard card For free but they ran out of funds..lol..story of my life..

This location was NOT OPEN for business. A security guard was inside,came to the other side of glass doors,informed me that I MUST CALL 2 GET ANYTHING FROM Job Connect. Somewhat disheartened,and drained for my energy after a 30 minute bike ride. Save your lifeforce,and precious time,DO NOT TRAVEL TO THIS SPOT,unless u are CERTAIN that they are not COVIDLY CLOSED.

I am new to Nevada. I have utilized this exact service in my home state 13 years ago when returning stateside while job hunting. In my past experience I was meet with professional assistance. This place is NOT a good place. The reception is not welcoming. The people who are supposed to assist you give you excuses why they cannot when truly they are just unwilling to assist. I was given misinformation, was verbally battered and refused services for veterans spouse job search assistance even though I had a direct referral from within their agency. These folks are unprofessional without apology. If I were a person of a lesser skill set I would have felt like I was in a hopeless situation trying to work with these folks.

I thank Job Conect Nevada, it is special to Tasia Murray for assisting me in creating a resume and helping me find work that meets my needs, it is good to know that there are services like this where they help us.

Asked in regards to getting a bus pass with an attempt to hire letter because I got their information from 211. I was greeted with a horrible attitude and was told "we never do that" And to "call 211" before I could finish my response the caller hung up.
