Workbridge Associates delivered the most professional and complete recruitment experience I've yet encountered. Very thorough in their approach, which includes extra vetting steps such as an in-person meeting at Workbridge's office that precedes the target company interview. The extra effort taken by Workbridge added to my sense that I had the Workbridge recruiters' attention, and hopefully, that they also had mine---something that has often seemed lacking with the other recruiters I've encountered. The other remarkable point is the Workbridge did a superior job of matching my work experience to their client opportunities. Not sure what the major malfunction was the first time I applied at Workbridge, after I had left 15 years with Verizon labs, but I essentially never heard back. After several months I found a contract gig on my own. That being said, the second time I came into their offices, Nick Costello was animated and confident. I was immediately put in touch with a solid match employer. Two weeks and 4 interviews later I've been offered a high-paying job that I can do on day one, with solid growth potential and great opportunity to stretch and learn. They seem a bit over-driven. There's a palatable boiler room vibe going down, but I'm not complaining with the results.

I have worked with Sally to identify and move into two of my last three professional roles. She's a talented people connector, effective communicator and a reliable resource with a history of maintaining reasonable expectations and delivering high quality results. I've enjoyed working with her over the years and am grateful to have crossed paths with her again recently while I'm standing at my desk working in this great startup opportunity that she connected me with just a few weeks ago.
