The service and sales departments are some of the best I have worked with. The sales team is not pushy and works to find you the car that best fits your needs. The service department is outstanding. They listen to your needs, they only recommend needed service and go out of their way to resolve your issue. Every single one of the staff are great people and many have been there for more than 10 years which says a lot about the work environment and how the dealership takes care of it's employees. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
Stop your car search now, save the hassle of sleezy sales people. I worked with Julia shes truely professional, and offered a stress free buying experience. She even had spare baby wipes for our little one! Talk about customer service! Honestly from the moment I walked into the dealership everyone was so kind. The pricing and bottom line number was discussed before coming in, and after extensive research on our RDX Aspec Jody Wilkinson had the best deal, i mean who else offers oil changes for life? I feel apart of the Acura family already and I’m looking forward to my next purchase with them.
I just wanted to give a BIG shout out to the service department, especially Carter. He was so pleasant to work with and he went out of his way to make sure my concern was taken care of, which made the experience amazing. All the guys in the service department that have ever helped me are great. I only bring my car here for any repairs or tube-ups.
Carter and Dan the service manager and the whole service staff amazing! We have had Carter as our service advisor twice in the last year and he does a great job with communicating and make sure that we and he understands fully what we want to get out of our visit. Its hard to find employees like this and he is definitely great. Thanks Dan for the training and retention of great employees like this and thanks Carter for never disappointing. Cody & JoAnna
Had yet another amazing experience at Jody Wilkinson Acura!! This is our third MDX and our second purchase at JWA. John was great, he knew the car inside and out. Answered all our questions and was very attentive and fun to talk to. Jaime the sales manager help us a ton as well in finding the hard to get MDX Type S. I will buy again from JWA and recommend them to everyone I talk too. The whole staff was wonderful and friendly to us. Thank you so much John and the staff at JWA!!
I had a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman, not pushy, not trying to make me feel like I had to purchase car, very quick processing of lease paperwork, 2hrs I was out the door in my new Integra. I will recommend Jody Wilkinson to anyone I know looking for a new Acura.
Way way way too expensive. I lost my car keys and needed a new fob. These guys wanted to charge me 371 dollars!!!! I was absolutely shocked. They tacked on a $150 "labor" fee. Come on guys... that's just crooked. Don't bilk people just because you can. Ace hardware will do it for $175 cheaper and Glens keys will do it for even less. All OEM gear. And the guys over at Glens have a better attitude about it. I will NEVER return to JWA for ANY reason.

Before I start this review, I want you to know I've bought a lot of cars, and I mean a lot of cars. I found Jodie Wilkinson Acura through one of those car finding apps. I wasn't really looking for a car but I decided to go look at it. I walked onto the lot and found the car I was looking for, A few minutes later a sales person named Kira came out and asked if she could help me. I said I was interested in looking at this car and she went back in and got the key for me. I decided to take a for a ride and she brought me a plate and Let me take it for a ride. Next thing I know we were in talking numbers. I have never had such a low pressure experience in my life, we talked a couple of numbers and next thing I know I was ready to sign papers. I was probably in-and-out of the dealership all told in about an hour and a 1/2, which is really good when your buying a car. No high pressure sales no smooth talking changing the subject, no schmoozing. I said what I wanted to pay for it, we agreed on a price, I told him I wanted for my trade, we agreed on a price I was comfortable with and I was gone. Since then I have gone back twice for a couple of minor things and they have been more than helpful. I just took a back today for something 2 weeks later and they were very good in taking care of the situation. Mind you, this was a used car and was basically bought as is but they have been super super great I would recommend them to anyone.
A great place to buy a quality car. Everyone on the staff understands their role in the customer service process. I have purchased 3 Acura vehicles there since 2013. Totally satisfied with the sales and service experience.
