The collision center did an excellent job repairing my car. They used the same grade of paint as the Auto manufacturer. The repaired area looked great and shined like new. The company is very busy, but when they scheduled the appointment they provided a target completion date. They called with an update the day before the car was due to be ready, advising they may need an extra business day to complete. Surprisingly, they called the next day and the car was ready. Their computer system is set up to notify the rental company that they have your rental car and it can be picked up from their location. This is very convenient. The office looks professional and clean. The staff is informative and friendly.
UPDATE: I did get my car back the last Friday they told me it would be complete. The manager, Josh, was very helpful in making sure it was done and my car looked brand new when I picked it up. I'm still not happy about the scheduling delays, but they did do a good job in the end. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ TLDR: This company does not communicate at all, lies about parts being in/not being in, promises a completion date and surpasses it many times with no apology or decent explanation. When I call for an update, no one knows the status because they are completely unorganized and seem to have no idea how to run a business. It takes hours for them to get back to me with a "status" but even then, are very vague about why the completion date is being pushed out. It's very clear that this place doesn't care at all about their customers and I wouldn't come here if my car was on fire. Full Story: My insurance company recommended that I go to this place when I had an accident in April yes, APRIL. It is now October. I went to get an estimate shortly after the accident and I was told that it could take months to get my parts in, so I should take my car with me and they would call me when the parts were in. Months later in August, I called them to ask if the parts were in. I was then told that they don't order parts in advance and only do so when the car is in their possession and I couldn't get an appointment until October for my repair. Apparently the person who lied to me and told me they were ordering parts was let go, but the fact that I could have had my car repaired much earlier is RIDICULOUS. I took my car in on a Monday and was told that it would be ready by Friday. No communication at all, I had to call them and check in. I was told that it would not be ready by Friday and would instead be ready the following Wednesday. Lo and behold, I called them on Wednesday again, no communication from them, and they said it wouldn't be ready until Friday. I turned my rental car in on Wednesday because I could go without a car for two days and didn't want to keep paying for it. I then called again on Friday and was told, yet again, that it wasn't ready and would be ready on Monday. Once again, I called them this morning Monday and it is STILL not ready and will most likely be ready on Thursday or Friday, but I don't even believe that. My car has been with them now for 15 days and counting and I've been without a car at all for 5 days due to their poor planning/communication, when they told me they'd have it at most for 5 days. I'll update once I know more b/c they still have my damn car.Services: Painting
Would give zero stars if possible. I typed my entire sage and its well over the character limit. The shop lies. Repeatedly. Maybe to cover up incompetence. Maybe because they are ripping off the insurance companies that use them. But they will not tell you the truth. Parts are in, but then they aren't in. Vehicle is almost done, but then it hasn't even started. I had to go in and speak with the manager multiple times to get this handled. I ran out of rental on what should have been a 2 day repair. They ordered multiple wrong parts but didn't discover until the vehicle was promised to be done. This happened twice. They damaged my window tint on a side of the vehicle not even being worked on. And they didn't repair a part of the car that was damaged and no competent mechanic could have missed. Thankfully, the area manager for my insurance company is going to pay another shop to finish the job. I have literally never dealt with such an unscrupulous business. Beware.Services: Painting
The world is still in good hands! Went to 2 collision centers both asked me to replace the whole side view mirror assembly. Wade tells me everything is fine and it just needs a cover on top. He also taught me how to remove and replace the assembly if I wanted to do it by myself. On top of it he fixed my front bumper as well. Just see Wade when you come here!
Will amend if my issue is resolved but have texted and emailed and have received no response. Had an accident in April. Communication was so-so but kept me informed. Finally had to call to see if my car was ready but they were just waiting on my rear view mirror cover. I pick up my car anyways and tell them I’ll bring it back when the part comes in. My car wasn’t very clean, there was a dust in the car that appears was around the shop. And it was very noticeable. Fine. So I have to call a couple weeks later to check on the part because I receive no communication from the shop. They tell me the part came in so I go in to get it attached. Well, turns out it’s the wrong part. It does fit so they give it to me and tell me they’ll order the new part and call me when it comes in. That was in MAY. I have sent numerous texts and an email in which they say that they’ll respond in 48 hours and have received NO response. This has been going on for months and I still don’t have the right part. And I’m only posting this in hopes I get some answer and will amend or delete my review if the issue is resolved. Edit - I received a public response to my review telling me someone would reach out to me, and guess what, nobody has. Update - the GM called and apologized for no responses. He ordered all 3 possible parts and mailed me the right one. I appreciate the effort and consideration but it took a lot of effort and complaints to get a resolution.
Where do I begin...Joe Hudson has had our van for 42 days as of today, 8/17/22. On 6/9/22 we drove our auto to J.H. thinking we would leave our car, pick up the rental and pick it up in a week. Did not happen! An employee took pictures of car and informed me they would submit to Geico and we would be notified what the estimate was and Geico would send us a check!!! Approximately a week later they emailed the estimate and said check to follow. One month later 7/9 +- we had appointment to bring car in. We did...left car and check with J.H. and picked up rental car. On 8/8 +- .our allotment for the rental ran out and the car was returned leaving us with no means of transportation ! Each time we called Joe Hudson we were told the car would be ready Friday. We have been lied to repeatedly. Also, Geico had not helped us at all. We were told "last" Friday when we called the car would be ready yesterday, Tuesday, August 16th. We called and were told they would call us back??? Joe Hudson has left us in a terrible situation. They obviously are unable to repair our car. Therefore we are left with no means of transportation. What do we have to do to get a our car back????
Amazing service. The entire repair process was so much easier than I expected. Plus, my car was cleaner when I picked it up then when I left it! Also, I had a minor but annoying problem with my door unrelated to my accident not on my insurance. Not only did the mechanic notice it and say he'd fix it for me, he actually followed through when I brought it back a few weeks later. Every time I get in my car and the door doesn't pop I'm grateful I went to them.
There are not enough great things to say about Patrick, Jade and Josh at Joe Hudson’s. Weekly check-ins from Patrick. Josh going the extra mile to make things happen. Jade’s friendliness and hospitality. I’ve not experienced this type of customer service from any other body shop in the past. Top notch folks and top notch service.Services: Air conditioning
They have had my vehicle for nearly 2 months at this point. Every time I speak to the person at the front desk they tell me to call my insurance agent, as if there is some kind of weird doctor/patient confidentiality thing going on with MY vehicle that I own and the insurance company that I pay for a service. They neglected to check the frame of my truck when I brought it in and did not discover these "additional damages" until after having my truck for over a month. These "additional damages" put it dangerously close to being totaled and was incredibly negligent on the shop's part to not check this immediately after the truck being brought in. I used them because they were a State Farm Select Service shop but needless to say, I will not be using them again and would recommend you do the same.
I had the best experience with Joe Hudson. They were extremely professional and kept me informed on the status on my car. When I picked my car up, they had cleaned the inside and the outside. It looks like a brand new car. They were so nice and polite. I would definitely recommend them!!Services: Painting
