Second time bringing my 2017 Acura ILX for body work. Let me start off my saying , joes collision will tell you to bring your car in as soon as you give them a call. Every other place I reached out to wanted to give me an appointment. They are extremely professional, work with you, and punctual! I would give this place zero stars if I could. Customer service is VITAL to any customer experience! My mother came in her on a Saturday morning to see if she could make an appointment to get her car inspected. When she walked in she was not greeted or acknowledged at all. Then when she walked up to the counter to ask the employee for assistance to make an appointment, he literally ignored her. This is not how you run any business! The first interaction is the most important to any business deal. If he was busy he could’ve simply said “Give me a moment I’ll be right with you” but to be completely ignore a potential customer is beyond disrespectful and rude. Learn how to service people even before you service their vehicle.

Good service at a reasonable price. The repair matches the rest of the car repainted rear quarter panel area. The owner, Joe, and the rest of the staff are respectful and professional. The car cleaning after the repair was a nice bonus.
