Joel's Fireplace Repair & Renewal

I contacted Joel to repair and fix 4 outdoor gas firepits and 1 indoor fireplace that no one before was able to fix. Joel was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful with everything. He got all my outdoor firepits repaired and burning the first day and I must mention I was very impressed he did this during our once a decade snow storm and it didn't phase him and his work. Highly recommend over anyone else in the Vegas Valley. Thanks Joel

Joel did fantastic work on two fireplaces. One had not been working in 10 years, the other would come on and off. Not only are they working, they both were thoroughly cleaned and now look brand new.

Joel serviced and fixed my gas fireplace yesterday, 11/11/23. It now works perfectly. The pilot was partially plugged up so I could see one flame but not 2. Consequently the gas element would stay lit for a few minutes, then the whole thing shut off. Joel is great. He diagnosed and fixed it correctly the first time. Did not make a mess. Taught me how the thing works--including the pilot thermocouple & thermopile, & the 2 knobs underneath. The price is extremely reasonable. Use him w/o reservation.

Called Joel about serving a fireplace. Took my call immediately told him exactly what the situation was he let me know he could go over next day. He explained to me he could do the service and clean it up like new!!! So he got the job done next day and he was right it looked like new. I really wish I would have took a photo before hand so you could see a before and after but it was really night and day to what he did for the fireplace. Joel showed up on Sunday, the day after I called him. Granted a bit late, but beyond that, he was great. One fireplace hadn't worked since we bought our house 4 years earlier. He had it looking and operating like new. I had him just do a safety check on a second and left that one looking new as well. Suffice it to say I highly recommend Joel.

He did an excellent job, was reasonably priced a d it looks and works better than ever! And he did such a great job cleaning it! I highly recommend!

Extremely Upset… Do Not Use! I had called, and set an appointment, messaged Joel with my name, address and gate code. I waited all morning, he had written down the wrong time, wrong address and showed up to someone else’s house and never even bothered to call me to ask where I was. When I called him, he blamed me, and never even apologized.

Highly recommend Joel's Fireplace Repair & Renewal. I had a dust problem and needed my fireplace cleaned. He did an excellent job and found the source of the dust issue. My fireplace hasn't looked this good in years. Rose was also wonderful at scheduling my appointment and giving me updates.

Wow. He is so reasonably priced for the work he does. My fireplace is better now than ever. He cleaned, repainted box and frame, vacuumed area, adjust pipes, replaced wiring, nobs, checked gas lines and adjusted flow, adjusted flame, cleaned logs and reset...just great!,
