I've been a most happy customer for over 20 years. Diligent and honest, the staff here are sincerely attentive and beyond polite. Old school customer service is refreshing in this day and age. This is one of my favorite places to do business. The quality and expertise of their work is the best i've ever encountered.

Great customer service. I brought my Omega over on a day they were officially closed and they fixed the problem in 20 mns. Just terrific!

Staff is very helpful and easy to work with, if it’s a minor adjustment or repair, sometimes they will simply do it for free and/or teach you how to do it yourself. Very satisfied with their work.

Extremely pleased with this store. Brought in a large modern clock that needed a replacement of the battery mechanism. Repair handled promptly and expertly. They even shined up the clock face. Keeping perfect time now. Highly recommended.
