John L Scott Real Estate

I couldn't be more pleased with with John L Scott Realty and especially my Agent Josh Devine. Naturally Buying or selling a house is stressful because there are so many details to be worked out, but Josh stood right there with me 100% of the time. He never ditched my calls once, always at the ready to help in any way possible. I'm sure I'd run out of characters before I could tell you all of the great ways I was helped. Suffice it to say, he has integrity, is honest, and is a fantastic communicator. I bought my house from an agent of John L Scott and were I to do it again, I'd head straight to Josh Devine and John L Scott. Fantastic.

I had a bitter experience with my John L Scott realtor in Happy Valley. I am not naming the realtor as yet since I plan to complain to the various government offices re their sloppy business practices that cost me money and time. For example I wanted two specific houses, but my realtor said they had offers on them and you can't submit another offer. I questioned this - can you imagine any seller not wanting to entertain a second, higher offer? Apparently she did not want to share the realtor fee. Any good reviews for the company must be written by their wives or husbands, not customers. I contacted a real estate attorney and she said John L. Scott was one of the worst. Had I only known sooner I would have been spared time and much money.

This was my first time purchasing a house if this is how it is suppose to be I will never do it again was the worst experience I had seemed like I did all the work. The realtor I had wasamber Roland would not recommend her never showed for my signing I had to come to house to find my key she never came to house to let us in congratulate or anything. If all realtors at john L Scott are this way run go somewhere else Please read

These guys are great! Was interested in finding just the right property in PDX metro last year and an agent showed me around to a number of available houses. He was super attentive to my specific preferences and had answers for all my never ending, I must admit.... questions—this was particularly helpful, since I don’t know much about real estate... I didn’t end up finding what I was looking for, but I had such a great experience and will definitely be back when I’m really ready to get my PDX home! True real estate professionals!

Highly recommend Seth Anderson- Woodstock Office. He participates in a unique program that can get you and your family into a home to rent before you commit to purchasing.
