John Paras Furniture & Mattresses

I purchased a mattress from John Paras. I inquired about the financing. I have a very high credit rating and when told in a very rude way that I would still have to provide proof of income I said that I never had to do that at other places, a woman and man that sat behind the counter treated me like a liar. They were condescending and rude. I bought the mattress on my visa, I will earn the points! I guess they get enough business and do not need mine. I was going to purchase a sectional, but changed my mind after the rude way I was treated! Two weeks later I called about information about a previous purchase. When the lady on the phone could not find me in the system, I asked if she was spelling my name right. She angrily responded and handed me to someone else. My name is often misunderstood over the phone! I will never go back there!

ISorry for the negative experience with the purchase of a recliner. The returned recline was exchanged and the customer was given a replacement recliner. In response to the used recliner sold as new that is total untrue. There was a problem with the one received which was just a loose bolt on the mech. Dust under the frame does not indicate that it was used. Products are unwrapped in the warehouse before delivered to the customer. I believe the customer returned the first chair and the second chair was in stock shelves fully wrapped.
