John Roccia Family Roofing Company

I couldn't be more pleased with John and his staff. From my first phone call to his office, until the project was complete was literally 9 days. I would 100% recommend John Roccia as a roofer. He's a great guy, and was thorough and professional throughout our interaction!

I live in a twin home in Northeast Philly, and I had a leak in my master bedroom in the fall of 2014. The roofer that last coated my roof attempted a repair, but the leak continued. I called 9 roofing companies, all of whom said that I needed to replace my roof. The quotes ranged from $2,500 to nearly $8,000. Then I called John Roccia’s Family Roofing Co. John came out and inspected my roof. He said that the roof did not need to be replaced, and he used roofing caulk to make a repair. He told me to send him a check if the repair held. The repair did hold, and several months and many heavy rains later, my master bedroom is still dry. When I do need a new roof, I am definitely going to call John Roccia’s Family Roofing!

Very prompt when returning our phone call. That was a problem I had when I called another company before John Roccia's. The man who did our roof was so very kind and told me what I needed to get done next, in a year or so. We will be contacting them for the next job. Thank you!
