Story

John’s Home and Yard Service has been serving the Billings area for over 20 years. We are family owned and operated; Matt Singer, John's son, is the new owner now that John has retired. Although you will still occasionally see John out and about giving bids. We believe that we are a strong and viable company today because of the strong work ethic that John instilled in his children and that we continue to encourage and develop in our employees.
We strive to continually give excellent service to our customers, as is evidenced by their willingness to come back to us year after year. Many of our contracts have spanned over ten years and some nearly twenty. Not only have our customers remained dedicated, but our employees as well. In addition to Matt, the majority of our employees are seasoned veterans. All of our foremen have worked for us for over three seasons and we therefore feel confident in their ability to give great service. We offer some of the highest wages for this service industry in Billings and we try to treat each employee as family.
JHYS is one of the only companies in town that can truly meet your every need on your property. Our services include lawn maintenance, sprinkler maintenance/installation, leaf cleanup, power raking, aerating, verticutting, bush/tree trimming, fertilizing, landscaping, snow removal and a list of other odd jobs requested by customers. We offer a variety of service packages for residential and commercial properties.
