Lol very rude omg I can’t believe it, I called to ask about a repair for my tv and he flat out said “buy a new tv” and hung the phone up

Not open for service but still showing it's there they do no more repair John has retired.

Closed at 3:50, the hours are not accurate.

Website says in home service available. I have a large TV. Bad customer service when I called harshly told no home service available.

Rather than provide great or even good quality service and suggest a time to come in to have my tv examined, he just tells me to buy a new tv. He calls himself a repair service, but provides no service or opportunity to a potential patron to come in.

Not helpful whatsoever. Only said they'd charge me 150$ just to diagnose my lg tv which I fixed myself and saved 150$.

I called the store to see if they can give me a quote without bringing the television in via email and video. However, the worker/owner lost interest and told me to just buy a new one. Poor customer service.
