I had such a great experience with this company. I woke up to a bubble of water in my ceiling so I called to see if someone could come out asap. I was very lucky that they could send some plumbers out to me within 2 hours. They sent Anthony and Xavier. Both knew exactly what to look for and how to fix it. They were able to get me in contact with water damage specialists to fix the drywall. They were professional and overall, I was very happy with the work that was done and how it was explained to me. I would recommend this company and if I need plumbing in the future, I will be using this company.

Anthony Alfonse came to my cold home during the Thanksgiving holiday and turned the heat on in five minutes! He was cordial and professional and offered his plumbing service as well. I was grateful for his service and would rate it at 10 out of 10. I would be happy to recommend John Snyder to others. I would also like an annual maintenance contract with this company.

Within 2hrs of making the appointment, a plumber came to our home to repair a kitchen sink and garbage disposal leak. The response was very very very quick considering their competitors made me wait 12hrs to eventually cancel the previous day. The plumber quoted me a price; I agreed to a price unknowing how quick and minimally involved the job would be. The gentleman was very nice and accomplished the task within 30min. So some simple math, the individual’s work cost me $700/hr. While I appreciate the job that was completed in a small interval of time, I am unsure of the price. Overall, if you need it done now, this company does accomplish the task; at this price point, however, I do feel bamboozled.Services: Garbage disposal repair
