Ate here on a whim. Burger was good, but a little cold. Fries were decent. Great root beer & service. Prices were fairly high for what you get.

Absolutely love this place! The server was the nicest guy ever. Very ontop of things. Drinks came to us with no flavor and he had no problem bringing us different drinks and when they fixed the other drinks we originally wanted he brought us them also no extra charge! Price was not to bad at all. Food was very good. And they make cute things with ketchup in a bowl pictured below

GIA was a great waitress and the food was delicious. Got the route 66 burger and onion rings..perfect!!!

Johnny Rockets always has great really fresh food and an awesome fun atmosphere!

My family and I visited last night between 7:15-8:15pm. It was my first visit and years since my wife ate here. The food was good and the service was great. Not many customers there, likely due to the time of year. The mall was rather slow, which I kind of liked for a change. I ordered their chicken club sandwich, wife at a chili dog, daughter had a hotdog meal & my son ate a burger meal. We ordered kid shakes and a malt to share too. Everything was good. Allie did well serving us too! I would recommend. I forgot to take pics as I was so hungry at the time all I could focus on was getting my grub on! Thanks for reading!

We found ourselves waiting for 40 minutes before a waiter took our order. Where the food came literally 2 hours after we ordered. Fortunately my friends and I didn't really notice the 2 hours that went by. But the quality of the foods do seems to match their price tag, not he wait. Only recommended if your have 3+ hours of patience.

The burger was good but when the fries came they were cold. My son found a hair in his cup of coke which was a big turn off after that happened. Our server Alex was doing a good job, after all it wasn’t his fault. He was what seemed the only server on a busy day. We ordered hot wings as an appetizer and we got out food before they came. Alex said there was a mix up and were barley putting them in the fryer. Plus side is they brought us “hot” fries and gave us 20% off out our bill. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back here any time soon. Not the best experience for a first time customer.

We were on our way to a movie and stopped in for a quick bite. The waitstaff knew that we were on a time frame and accommodated us beautifully. The chili cheese fries were hot, cheesy, and scrumptious. My Chocolate malt could have been mixed better.

Stopped by for lunch while shopping in mall on a recent Saturday. No tables available so my mom and I sat at counter and had a great experience! Server was super friendly and attentive, and food was very fresh. Fries were crispy and hot, bread for sandwiches was toasted and warm, and everything was prepared as ordered. Always enjoy coming here- thanks for another enjoyable dining experience!

I wanted the experience to be better. The hamburgers were good but no better than let's say What a Burger. The fries were over done and dry. One of our kids ordered a hot dog. The bun was burned. The shakes were a hit. The music was so loud I asked them to turn the music down. After asking again and threatening to leave the music was turned down. The music eventually got louder and louder. Will not be back.
