Johnny's Tile & Carpentry

My wife and I visited Johnnie's as part of our kitchen remodel research. The showrooms had a very wide selection of materials for floor tiles, bathroom tiles, kitchen counters, and related surfaces. The employee who helped us was both patient and knowledgeable. We ended up finding the perfect backsplash tile. My only negative is that nothing is priced, but I fear that is normal for tile showrooms.

After looking for tile for 6 months and over 3 counties finally ordered tile today for my bathrooms. They have the best selection and best customer service anywhere I have been. I would highly recommend them.

Worst customer service EVER!!! They came out quickly to measure and stated we would have an estimate in a few days . After many tries, many repeated phone calls and excuses, we we're finally given an estimate and a date over the phone which we agreed to. It took us almost 5 weeks to get that. Another month goes by and nothing . Waiting to here what we need to do...when they are coming, if I need to come into the office. Nothing . Called back . They said that I didn't respond to the estimate . Umm...yes, I did . They don't understand why, but they can't seem to find the written estimate. Well, you didn't give me one. They said they would call by the end of the day . 4 days later, after no call, I call the back. Lady just doesn't know what to say . She doesn't know why . It just didn't happen and she can't tell me when I will get my written estimate. They are booking into October, but she can't book it until I have an estimate which she can't type until she doesn't know when .sorry. Here is my interpretation of the situation . I live in a modest English cottage home. We are just simple teachers who are working two jobs each to make our modest home a lovely place to hang our hat . I think we are not fancy enough for this company to complete a job or bother to even call back. So unless you are rich and fancy, run away!!!

Very professional great show room

Great customer service needed 1 tile to repair a broken piece and they just gave it to me i was shocked had never visited the store before and I guess I wouldn't have been shocked if I would have purchased the tile from them originally but I didn't true customer service still exists in the future will definitely use them for my projects
