Appointment is at 10:10am, but they send you instructions to arrive 20" early. I'm here at 9:55. Now it's 11:04 and I've still not had my imaging done. First time in the new office, but I have to say, the prior office was much better. Sorry, JH, you need to do better.
Showed up 20 mins early as instructed have been waiting over an hour and still haven't been seen. And it's the same thing at each location.
Techs confused, tell you little about procedures and are much t aggressive in ordering patients around. Little respect and they treat you like you are something to be rushed out asap. Front desk also mistakes clear instructions from referring physicians.
Because he take good care of you they listen to you and they are serious about your needs and I got the best Respec for patient that I ever experienced in my life I love my John Hopkins family
VERY SLOW!!!! Clearly they overbook. Tell you to get there early and then you sit and wait and wait some more in another room
