Terrible on every level. I called them to pick up my simplicity lawnmower because it was leaking oil on my garage floor. They picked it up “repaired and serviced” it. Then billed me over $500. They dropped it back off, a few days later I noticed oil on the floor again so I called them up, they told me that’s just residual oil leaking from the oil filter and not to worry about it. I took them for their word. After a couple more mows later the engine seized up and the mower is now trash. Johnson tractor very rudely told me it’s my fault and there’s nothing they can do. If you’re in the market for a new mower or lawn tractor go to Menards or Home Depot.
We have had many good experiences with Johnson Tractor in Janesville. Kathryn in sales made sure everything was fixed on our used tractor we recently purchased, Matt and Riley in the service department stayed on top of getting the repairs turned around in a timely fashion and Danner and Matt in service did a great job getting everything fixed and ready to go! Your team is always there to help when we need them!! Thank you all for your help, you are appreciated!!
Great place to buy lawn tractor or farm equipment. Very nice people and clean place
Got the run around full of excuses about machine not getting hauled into dealership over a 10 day period. When said I was going to make the drive to check it out, willing to buy and wanted to go to farmers yard. They refused and said it wasn't an option. Wouldn't return any phone calls for the next day and got a text saying sorry sold it to a neighbor. Don't waste your time with people to treat customers like this!
Such a unique experience. Driving through the safari is fun, amazing, entertaining, and hilarious. We were thrilled to find out you can park after the safari drive to enter the petting area! $5 to feed giraffes! Staff is friendly and kind. We have been here twice. A third time will occur in the future.
My experience with Jason right from the start went very well. I came in to see a BX23S and not only did we discuss it, but Jason disconnected the front and back implements to show how they worked. Matt in the service department delivered on time and on word to deliver the tractor. I'm sorry to say that I forgot the drivers name. He knew the tractor well and unloaded safely and quickly. Good luck with those farm animals and projects that you are working on. I would/will have no problem driving the one hour trip to make more purchases in the future. Thanks Bill H
