Still waiting!......Called Dan and he assured me that, although he was extremely busy, he would be out to locate and empty my septic tank. After 5-6 phone calls..lots of broken promises...he still has not shown up....I just called someone else.

Please stop going to the address that is posted in the phone book. It is not his address, it is mine. Yellow pages and himself has been notified to change it and nothing has been done. If you send mail, and get it returned, that is why. If you leave notes I have found his number and called him to let him know but his voicemail is always full. If you leave a phone number on your notes I will try to call you back to notify you that the house you went to is not his business.

Do not call this gentleman. He says he will arrive at a set time...then simply doesn't show up. If u are lucky enough to reach him on the phone, he may tell you "I'm on my way. Be there shortly". Don't count on it. He has no respect for your time or your septic problem. I waited all day...it's 7pm and he is still not here and has not called. If he shows up to.orrow while I'm at work, he will not get paid. Good luck to you Mr johnston...Internet reviews will catch up to you. D. Heron caledonia ont.

If you want your septic bed pumped, I recommend you call someone else. Dan never came the day, that he said he would. He never called back, when he said he would. After almost a week of waiting, I called someone else. One star is more than I wanted to give.
