Personable and knowledgeable staff and practitioners. Samuel Caretti has been a great PT: hands-on, encouraging, challenging but not too challenging. Takes time every session to carefully assess my shoulders’ progress—and their lingering difficulties. Adjusts his approach a little each time, on the fly if necessary, in response to my feedback on the exercises and to his hands-on findings. Is always watching my movements to assess my functional abilities in action. He does not impose preexisting assumptions on the situation ever. I love that. Great with hands-on stretching and muscle release techniques. I’d recommend him to anyone for shoulder problems.
Clark is a very competent physical therapist. He wholistically targets the areas/muscles that are linked to the injury knee so the problem site is strengthened. He is professional, engaging, and caring, and listens well to my reaction to each exercise and he adjusts them accordingly. I have gained more strength and have greatly improved my stability by executing the exercises at the sessions and take-home drills. I highly recommend him.
Chris Rusch is super knowledgeable and helped me with my ankle pain. I played soccer ~3 times a week and suffered from very bad ankle pain, but Chris taught me great exercises that were really helpful in relieving that pain. Highly recommended!
I am an 83 yr old man with a number of underlying non-infectious health conditions. In late July of 2022, I "over did it" with my right shoulder and produced lots of pain. I went to a Doc who has had considerable experience in treating upper body muscle damage. He thought my injury was quite common and urged me to work with a PT. I was hesitant to do so and initially treated my injury with only Tylenol 1000 mg, 2x per day but that produced scarcely any pain reduction and no increase in strength.. I therefore decided to try the nearby Joint Ventures Physical Therapy firm at their Prudential Center location but I wanted the most experienced therapist at their site. The Administrator urged me to sign me up with "Megha" who had the most years of experience both in TX and at the Prudential location. She also has a DPT. We started in late September @ 2x/week. We finished in late December but would have finished about two weeks earlier as illness and Dr appointments interrupted our efficient schedule. Megha is mature beyond her years, sensitive to this patient by cancelling her sessions with me when she became ill. Professionally, she started with exercises found effective with other rotator cuff patients. Because my poor posture compromised my rate of recovery, she tested me frequently for changes in my range of motion and pain intensity, ultimately settling on nine 9 exercises that she and I felt were most effective in speeding up my recovery while minimizing pain. All those selected exercises were available to her patients, via video, with typed superimposed directions that I was able to use at home, regardless of the date or time. Those exercises done at home provided info as to how I was progressing each week, and to ask questions of Megha, as to how I might modify the exercise to be better in tune with my changing physical condition. Megha answered my questions both via the website as well as when I showed up for our twice a week appointments. As my right shoulder is much stronger now, and free of pain, she suggested I check back with her in about three 3 months to discuss my progress and decide if I want to resume appointments for more shoulder work or redirect her efforts at helping to improve my posture. Megha is the real deal and I am more than satisfied with the way things worked out. As we all know, you get out of your time spent work, sports, etc., whatever you put into it. That certainly applies to PT exercises and your speed and degree of recovery from an injury. Megha is terrific and I highly recommend her. Alan .
Clark is an amazing physical therapist. His high level of expertise, nurturing care for his patients and wonderful sense of humor make it an absolute pleasure to work with him. He also has an incredible ability to educate his patients on the workings of the human body - which has really helped me understand the 'why' behind the exercises he recommends - which in turn makes me want to do them more often! I'd highly recommend him & the JV group to anyone looking for great PT care!
The staff are very welcoming, prompt and are accommodating to each of your needs. I’ve worked with Christian at the Prudential center branch and he does a great job in therapy, giving you confidence in your recovery after each session. I would definitely recommend this place!
JV is the best place I’ve been to for physical therapy and unfortunately, I’ve been to several. The staff is friendly, my appointments have been on schedule and my therapist has been fantastic…very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. The place is hard to find though…just go to Boston Sports Club in the Pru and you’ll see the sign to the left of the front desk. I recommend this place highly.
I was pleasantly surprised to learn that all PT sessions are 1:1. At other PT facilities I have felt abandoned and forgotten, but Joint Ventures does things right. I’ve had sciatica symptoms for the past 2 years and Ally has been a tremendous help so far. Highly recommend coming here if you have been experiencing frequent pain. All staff seems highly knowledgeable!
Clark Berger is an ideal therapist. He is optimistic, patient, caring as well as experienced and capable.
I highly recommend Joint Ventures Prudential. From per-registration, to reception, to the therapist, all was professional and efficient. The staff is friendly and professional. I'm only past me second visit and I feel positive results with the issue I am visiting them to overcome.
