Overall not bad but 6 months after they installed my garage and door it failed and because of the installation the door developed a crack where the opener was attached. In all fairness I did not call the. Back to correct the error. But still, a sub par installation
Had my two garage doors replaced about 5 years ago. Saw the Jolicoeur owner last week and told him the rubber flashing at the bottom of one of my doors was starting to fall off. Next morning, two of his guys were at my house replacing the flashing. Looks brand new! Great customer service!
Excellent service! Fast and efficient and practiced all the safety and health measures on this new normal: social distancing and wearing a facial mask fixing the busted spring of my garage door and went above & beyond by replacing the old rolling screw and fixed the light. I forgot that it has lights! Thanks!
Amazing customer experience with Jolicoeur. My garage would not work. They came to my house multiple times to try different things - never gave up. In the end they replaced the whole motor. The price was very reasonable and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend them!
Had a garage door spring snap suddenly this afternoon and we have an open house tomorrow morning. They had a crew over here within an hour and the springs were all replaced for a reasonable price. Appreciated them coming out on such short notice. Could not be happier!
