Staff is super friendly. I had 9 orders i was picking up for work and they all came out swiftly with no errors. Other places seem to take to long to male the food, or too many inconsistencies with the food or what everyone orders. The spicy chicken is pretty legit btw.

More often than not, they get your orders wrong. Doesn't matter if it's in Waipahu, Dillingham, or Ala Moana, which is sad. Problem with order completeness is a problem with all their locations.

Chicken and mash potatoes need a bit more flavor. Staff is not stingy on the gravey. Pineapple juice is too sweet.

Not my fav, had this recently and it's pretty good. Chicken is a bit greasy, but tasty. Weird to think spaghetti and fried chicken? I guess it's a delicacy but nah, not for me.

They have chicken, chicken, and some chicken. If you're really wanting to try something interesting you can get chicken there as well.

DO SOMETHING WITH DRIVE THRU LINE. So slow and there’s like gaZillion people working. Please Do something.

The spaghetti is sweet, this round the spaghetti was diabetes sweet! Omg what the heck. We had like 5 hot dog slices and the chicken was dry The soda and the peach mango pie was good

Maybe in the ghetto but the mornings have the best customer service. Nana always has a smile. I love her especially when she says welcome to Jolly Bee's.
