I can't say enough good things about this shop. But most importantly, John, the gentleman I dealt with throughout the entire process was outstanding. This could be standard but after I had an awful experience with a completely DIFFERENT company and not being from this area. He was amazing. Incredible with his communication and his public service. Absolutely GREAT in every way. Don at Jones Automotive saved the day by helping me during the last hour the shop was open on a Friday during a cross-country trip. Most shops close on the weekend so I was in a pinch. The release cable for my car hood became detached and my car takes quite a bit of oil and I still have 2,000+ miles to go. He gave me a short-term solution and instructions on how to fix it later. From the moment I arrived, it was awesome service. Three mechanics I met at various points in the building made sure I had been helped. The shop is clean and organized, and the waiting room is comfortable and straightforward. Restroom is remarkably clean. I’m so grateful to have found this place and recommend it highly.

They go out of their way to do things the right way. Their shuttling service is very helpful and the drivers are always courteous and on time. They do their best to keep cost in mind. Multiple times they have found ways to help reduce the cost of my repairs.

This place is Magic. Manufactured unavailable parts on site. Stayed true to their quote. Close to the time they gave on the project. Great guys with good attitudes. Knowledgable. Took 55 Chevy to have AC repaired. Had car 2 days and did what I had already tried. Freon all leaked out again. Was charged over $400 bucks for something already tried. Back to square one and out the money. Not good. DONE!!!

The staff at Jones are all helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I used to live 5 minutes away from their location but have since moved out to West Omaha. Repair shops seem to be on every corner in our new location, but I'll always come back to Jones because of their honesty and integrity.

I work for a local vehicle dealership and had a customer wanting a unique add-on to their van. I called Jones Automotive about this accessory, and while my customer didn't end up purchasing the van in the end, the experience I had here will make sure I DO use them in the future. I called initially and spoke to Scott Suter, who walked me through what all adding this accessory would entail. I ended up driving down to their shop to have him look at the vehicle, where Scott even showed me a couple different options to save my customer money. I really appreciate all his help. He was professional, very kind, and I couldn't help but notice the Pro-Blue all around the shop. These guys have a great business model. I look forward to getting to know them and getting to work with them.

Took my car in for a brake job and was really impressed by their level of service. They did a great job in a short period of time and gave me a ride to and from their shop. Highly recommend!

I was in Omaha for the College World Series when the A/C in my car quit working. We were supposed to drive 8 hours to get home the next day. Luckily, I found Jones Automotive who quickly found the problem, located the replacement part, and had it repaired on the same day. They also gave us a ride to the ballpark so we could watch some more baseball while they made the repair. Great communication and great service go a long way!
