I was very grateful Jonni squeezed me into his busy schedule and fixed my ac on time. He did seem to put some things back together in a sloppy manner, exposing new wires and parts that weren’t exposed before, and breaking my aftermarket temp gauge in the process. I wish he would have been honest about it rather than asking me why it wasn’t working, because I had installed it myself so I know how I set it up and that it was working. It’s really just an inconvenience that I have to trouble shoot now, but if he was just like here’s what happened, I did my best, I would have been a lot more appreciative of that. There was a new wire connector on it which I did not put on, so it was obvious he was messing with it lol. The integrity in not just being honest about his responsibility in that takes down a star, plus it surprised me to be about $160 more expensive than the first time I had them do this job. I still think it’s worth it, especially considering it was an imported vehicle he’s likely never worked on before and that it was a last minute job.

I called nine mechanics regarding a possible issue with my transmission and Jonni was the only one who could get me in. Turns out my car is fine, I just suck at installing car batteries. Definitely recommend this place for fast, reasonably priced, and transparent service! Thanks, Jonni!

When I showed up Ryan, did a great job telling us and showing us what was wrong with the car and what needed to get done to the car. Stella was wonderful. She did her best to find the parts I needed for the car at a good price. She must have called about 10 different places just to find a throttle body at a reasonable price. Jonni was quick and took good care of my car he gave me good advice to keep my car in good shape. I definitely recommend this place. Update - Took my car back because I thought they were going to be great again but the prices kept changing. It went from $400 to $600 then I ended up paying $800. They lost my key, luckily I had a spare. They told me everything was working properly and that it was ready to get picked up. Once I picked it there were bubbles in the powering steering reservoir. Jonni said I'd have to pay $550 more dollars to fix it. His story kept changing. He was telling me and my husband different things. Found my key he lost, but had the nerve to call me back after more than a month and told me if I wanted the key he cut for me I have to pay $60 for them to release it to me but he paid $80 to cut it. I was just super disappointed. Never going back.
