Jonsar Studios

We were at the Industry City Open Studios event and happened to visit Jonsar Studios. At the time I saw the photographer Robert Johnson take photos of a cute family of three. His energy and enthusiasm in directing the family with a variety of poses and arrangements really caught my eyes. The family seemed very enjoy the shooting as well. Then Ms Sarkissian asked if me and my wife wanted to have a photo session too. We were glad to say we did! Standing in front of Mr. Johnson didn’t make us feel intimidated nor awkward. We could sense the passion that Mr. Johnson put into the photo shooting and the results were way beyond our expectations! When we show those photos to our friends, they were all amazed by the genuine and quality of those shots. As a amateur photographer, I’ve seen many portrait photography before and Mr. Johnson’ work is on a very high level in my honest opinion. I highly recommend Jonsar Studios for anyone who may be interested in taking family photos or portraits. You won’t regret the choice!

Our organization hired Jonsar Studios to photograph our guests and engage them in their brilliant pop-up photo studio work at our big summer bash with about 300 guests. Their entire photography team was completely on point, fun to work with, professional, organized, and the photos were awesome! Everyone loved having them there and our members & guests were able to received some amazing photos! We hope to work with them again soon! What an AMAAAZING experience working with Robert and Kat!!!!!! Very professional, amazing skills, and just an extraordinary team to work with. It wasn't my first time in front of the camera, so I've worked with many photographers before. Robert and Kat created a fun yet relaxed atmosphere that allows you to just be yourself so they can capture the best of you. We started on time, and finished on time. Their work is simply amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better experience with this team. Kat, Robert and the entire crew were easy to work with, so professional and such lovely people. More importantly, their talent was apparent in the almost effortless look of the photos. We hosted an event at our work place and our members were so happy with the entire production. We did a free 5-minute photo shoot with Robert Johnson at the Industry City Open Studios event and spent the rest of the day talking about it! Mr. Johnson made our very tired and grumpy baby smile and the whole experience fun and easy. The pictures turned out very well. The photographer is talented, the people working with him are super kind and friendly and quick to respond. I am a person who does not like being photographed. I feel uncomfortable having my photos taken. I wandered into Jonsar Studios for an open house and had an amazing experience having my photo taken. They helped me pose myself so I did not look crazy. They made me feel comfortable. It was a fun and exciting experience that I will always remember. I would suggest that if you are in the market for photos this may be the best experience yet.

This is not about Photography. This is about experiencing a moment. I have had the pleasure of working on several projects with Katherine and Robert. The work speaks for itself. And it speaks volumes. What you do not know until you meet them is how they transform the mundane into something truly memorable. They have the ability to bring out and capture, the way we see ourselves. They way we want the world to see us. You will not even know it is happening. Their works spans every genre. What a wonderful surprise for our 3 year old boys to have an impromptu photo shoot with Santa and Mrs. Claus during our visit to Williams Sonoma. The experience, led by Kat and Robert from Jonsar Studios, was so much fun for the boys and us adults alike. The costumes, decorations, and joyous atmosphere were spot on. It was like we were transported to Santa's for a mini visit. Thank you so much for having us and for the awesome photos!!!
