Jordan's Furniture

Excellent experience from start to delivery. A special thanks to Jim, Nick, and Bryan Ayala. They all helped my girlfriend and I choose our new mattress and bed set. We were shopping for a king and spent about an hour on two separate visits. We never felt rushed or pressured. Delivery men were great as well fast efficient and had some tips as to how we can take care of the set and even not lose the remoteget Velcro!. I manage a business and know most feedback is from bad experiences so we wanted to share how great Jordan’s customer service is!

I recently purchased a sectional at the Warwick location and the process was great! Alan, the salesman that worked with me was polite, accommodating and wasn’t pushy. I was going to purchase something a little more expensive but it unfortunately wouldn’t fit in my apartment. Alan then showed me another sectional down in the outlet that was smaller and just what I was looking for. Delivery was smooth and the men who brought it were kind and on time.

We were in desperate need of new sofa and loveseat. We had been searching online for a few months. My husband really wanted to sit on them prior to buying. We went to the Warwick store. John was incredibly helpful. We found my husbands dream sofa. It arrived in just a few days. Our other couch is a custom order, so we will be waiting a bit. But well worth it. The men who delivered the loveseat were great as well. They were friendly, helpful and my dogs loved them. So happy with our experience.

I called ahead to see if their Black Friday coupon would work on a custom sized mattress, and I was told yes. When I got in, I was helped by Nick T. When I explained my needs, he could not have been more courteous and helpful. He wasn’t pushy in any way, but he was great at helping me make an informed decision. His manager was also on hand, and although he was clearly busy, he also took the time to assist us with the finer details of the purchase, and did not rush. I would recommend Jordan’s Sleep Lab in Warwick to anyone in need of a mattress. The price was right, and the service was terrific.

Daniel Cox was amazing. He explained everything to us about what to look for in a mattress. He never pressured us into selecting a certain mattress. He told us when we found the correct mattress we would know. He sat back and observed us trying all the different mattresses and he was right once you find the right mattress you don’t move. He made the whole experience very easy and he was very funny!! What a happy place to work. Thank you Daniel for our first experience with Jordan’s. Will be back soon.

I left living on a boat and moved into a new home. I then needed to buy furniture for entire home since boats mostly have all built ins. I chose Jordan's to shop for our living room.. I spent several hours last Saturday choosing style of couches and accent chair plus pet friendly fabrics... area rug and floor lamp... Alan Sousa my sale specialist has been very helpful understanding my needs. He reviewed my photos and was able to choose couch & chair perfect for my space. .lots of fabric was looked at and again his assistance choosing patterns and colors was most helpful He also was mindful that my husband would appreciate a chat about all the above since he was unavailable for my 1st meeting. So we have ordered our furniture and are eagerly awaiting our new living room. Exciting !

I was beyond pleased with my experience. When I walked in I wasn't pressured, instead was politely asked if I needed assistance. I was assited by Keri Murphy, Keri was awesome! Her knowledge, professionalism, and customer service were all A+. We had 3 children with us and she was quick in getting our paper work wrapped up and our purchase completed. As a company you should be pleased and thankful to have an associate such as Keri, I feel most businesses would love to model that sort of professionalism. Thank you Keri and we look forward to our beautiful new furniture shipment next weekend!

Keri was amazing! She gave me so many options, walked me through the features and benefits of the different lines, and helped me pick a couch that I loved. And then I came back the next day thinking that a sectional would fit our space and needs better, she helped me find one that fit in our space perfectly, and had all of the details that I wanted. She even took the time to ask about the decor in the room so I could accessorize with some additional furniture and some more pillows, because you can never have enough pillows. I can’t wait for our furniture to get here, and I will be back to do the next room shortly . Thank you so much

I went to Jordan’s furniture in Warwick RI to look for a chaise for the living room. I entered the store and was left to browse on my own. Once I had questions, Michelle appeared asking if I needed assistance. She showed me what was available and I left the store with her cell phone number and her hours written on a piece of paper. I notified her a few days later to let her know I was coming up. She met me and we talked about options. Dealing with her was a pleasure. We love our new chaise! Delivery was equally as great as the sale!

Absolutely great experience! Very pleasant people in the sales area and the checkout service area. Can't say enough. They all took extra time and care with our needs and our concerns. The furniture we ended up picking out was great and price was good too.... I mean you get what you pay for so... quality! The team... awesome!! Just awesome!!! And also, they were not like vulture circling for the kill!! Helped us and then waited for us to come with questions! The way it should be. Nice to not get harassed by salesmen and women. Kudos to the sales people that helped us! Kimberly Cullen, Anthony Petrarca highly recommended!!! Cashiers awesome too can't remember names but awesome!
