Jorge Won, OD

I gave them a chance but I will not be returning had an awful experience Dr.Jorge won based his examination results on my nationality and he stated that “he was the expert”only because I asked questions he was very rude ; I also ended up paying for the receptionist $10.00 to finish my eye report paper and I have insurance. My insurance pays for the whole visit but he stated that an “eye picture” was still needed which was like $50.00 and he prescribed glasses reason was that I “had” Astigmatism. Needless to say I went and got a second opinion but he was an ophthalmologist and i am perfectly fine vision was great I don’t even need glasses.

Doctor Won has been serving my Mom, me, my kids, my friend, and my extended family. He is an amazing optometrist. He is very dedicated and is a true example of what a doctor in any field should be. He very human in his practice and considerate. With the eye sight being one of the things I treasure the most, I am so happy and glad that I have him in my family. I woke up with a problem in my eye and I was able to run to his office with no appointment and get checked. I was given and extensive check up with the eye picture, I was able to see the inside of my eyes and that was pretty cool and mind calming to know that my inner eye is in great health. As for the problem in my eye, it will be just fine with the medication he gave me and the follow up visit. I truly love doctor Won and his helpful staff.

This is a doctor whom I have known professionally for many years and have had the privilege of joining on several medical missions to underserved regions of central and south America. He is both a kind clinician, a well-respected scientist, and a wonderful human being. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I came for a routine check. I made an appointment the day before, her secretary told me to be on time. I came 15 minutes before my time was set. And I had to wait 2 hours because the doctor attended 2 of his friends that just came and ignored me that I was there like 2 hours. The doctor do not respect the time of people that is waiting and make appointment to see him. I just think is not fare. If you're going to see this doctor I recommended do not make appointment and just walk in because anyway you have to make a long wait until doctor realize you're there or you let them know
