Got very rudely thrown out of the Bethesda location by a gentleman that must have been the Store Manager because I had my service dog with me. I tried to explain that I frequently shop in the Old Town Alexandria store with my service dog who they openly welcome.. He said thats great but we don't here.. He was really wound up and threatening. I guess business is so good they don't want money from people with Service animals
I have been to many different suit rental companies throughout my life and this has to be by far the worst experience I've ever had. - Horrible Parking - Appointment did not matter, I still waited 15 minutes to be seen even though there were employees standing around. - The suit you can rent online "was not possible to rent in store" so they told me to do it myself and didn't offer to help. Overall a huge waste of time and I went with a different company.
The service is horrendous. Missed major issues with my son's bar mitzvah suit and they blamed me for not catching it. Then, they would not let my son use the bathroom after I spent $1500 there. Avoid them and the high school staff they have. Used to be a quality place... Standards slipped.
Went to buy a suit for myself, did not have my size but ordered the suit quickly and fitted satisfactory to my taste. Salesman Adrian was very professional.
Normally not the type to leave negative reviews but the manager here has a crazy attitude. Visiting on a business trip, needed two dress shirts. I was told that I can't try them on in store, so I was measured by the employee who was a super nice younger lady but the size was completely wrong not a huge issue, think she was being trained, just bring it back and return it. Go to return it the next day after literally only trying it on and neatly folding it back, pinning it. Manager is rolling eyes etc. No thank you. To his credit he didn't challenge me on the return but this is not how you do customer service. Should learn from his employees. Wouldn't recommend.
Really bad customer service. The store rep has an attitude. I was there earlier today with my husband, who needed to buy a suit for a weeding. From the very beginning, the sales person who was “helping” us had a very condescending attitude. My husband tried on a pair of pants. He felt they were too baggy so he asked the sales person for other options. The sales person’s answer was: “you can go to other store like Zara kids, or Uniqlo and see if you can find something there.” We left the store right away.
Wonderful customer service. Cole attended me with alertness and asked every single questions you could think of. I felt at home. Cole was exceptional and left me impressed with the store. Will definitely be back whenever the occasion calls.
The whole experience was fantastic: great customer service, good product and great value. I definitely recommend this place. Ask for Adrian, he's awesome.
The Assistant Manager, Nathaniel Rogers customer service was nothing but 5 star. He was extremely professional, helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with the purchase of a number of suits, shirts and other items with minimum fuss. I highly recommend this store especially when the staff are so professional.
When I was in a rush, the staff at this JOS. A Bank were more than helpful and accommodating, even when the store was 10 minutes from closing. Outstanding customer service and reliability. The prices are the same as the ones online so you can plan ahead.
