Literally couldn't get worse service if I asked for it. Took 2 months to get a suit for a wedding coming up and it has been a horrible experience. Just go to men's wearhouse you'll get a better suit in less time.

Daryl was today’s champion. I took my brother there to buy both of us suits for an upcoming special event, and Daryl exhibited patience, guidance, and expert knowledge. Purchasing custom suits - what I feared could be a long, drawn out experience - was so painless and effortless because of the level of commitment from Daryl and all of the staff who pitched in to help. Having an in-house tailor took the “custom” feel to a new level, where both she and Daryl worked together to make sure all the elements of the outfit were perfectly complimentary. Would recommend the Princeton team in a heartbeat!

Not very impressed. I walked in and there were 3-4 employees sitting at a counter looking at their cell phones, talking like they were at a friends house. I heard to female employee say a cuss word. It took 1 of them 6 minutes before they offered to help me. I’m a bit disappointed in the service , especially when it relates to expensive clothing. I suggest too many employees on the clock, keep only the one that offered to assist me. Other 2 can go!

This was my first time shopping in the store 1/15/23 @ 1pm and I was impressed with the high quality of items and the amount of sales in progress around the store. However, the cashier helping us purchase our items was unprofessional. She seemed unhappy and disinterested in helping us. She was on her phone texting people while she was completing our order/transaction. She didn’t acknowledge us when we took our bags to leave. I was very surprised at her lack of professionalism for such a high quality store.

Great selection and consistently great food. Service can be fickle at times especially during slow periods. I choos to order my food to avoid potentially bad service. Management does not prevalently circle to check on partitions. Clean dining area and restrooms. Great drinks and i highly recommend sitting at the bar with your friends. Please like my review. I had a wonderful experience at this location! One person, Darrell, was extremely helpful, attentive, and patient in helping me find my perfect shirt and sizing. He went out of his way to make sure my father and I got our sizes completely right and even painstakingly straightened and cleaned our selected shirts to perfection. This is my first time at a Jos A. Bank and he has certainly set the bar high for all other stores. Thank you for your help!

Amazing Job done by Darell and the team at Jos A Bank. I was a tough fit to start with and Darell did everything thing he could to get me sorted and made me look a little better leaving than when I walked in. Kudos to the lovely lady Do apologize;about forgetting your name and to Brian who helped me. Great job and no wonder why the store hasn't lost it's mark even with Covid. It's because of lovely employees like yourselves. Keep Strutting, Keep Working... Great Job... and no words are enough.

Went to Jo's A. Banks, looking for a suit for an upcoming wedding. Amazing service. Extremely professional. Will, our salesman was right on target. He took a couple of measurements to be sure. Told him we were looking at the sale rack, the color we wanted,no problem & Bam! Came back with exactly what we wanted. A very pleasant experience. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. The prices there are the best!

They were busy when we got there. We were not even acknowledged for 20+ minutes. Suits were picked out and we waited again for a sales person for measurement. A sales associate attempted to help us in between his other client but eventually turned us over to another associate. 3 times he told us he would check on the size we were looking for. The tailor was fantastic! !! Our sales rep fell off the face of the earth. We stood at the register to PAY for 15 min. While they tried to locate him. Finally another sales associate completed our transaction.

The customer service at this location is awful!! My partner and I went to this location on a Sunday afternoon looking for a tuxedo for a special event. When we walked in the store we were not greeted/acknowledged. Mind you, there were a few customers in the store but It wasn’t extremely busy so I couldn’t understand why the unoccupied associates didn’t acknowledge us. We were in the store for about 5 mins looking around , while employees looked directly at us and didn’t speak nor assisted us. I felt it was rude and unprofessional that the employees would gladly help a fellow gentleman that walked in after us , but not a lesbian couple. Definitely won’t be returning to this location!
