The store was very clean and had a wide selection. My husband and I came in looking for an off-the-rack suit jacket and were promptly given the up and down and condescended by the employee. He claimed we were ridiculous for coming in with the intent of walking out with a suit jacket rather than coming a week ahead for a tailored fit. I'm sure they have great suits but the lack of any effort to help us along with the obvious disdain will ensure we never return to this chain.

Overall I really had a great experience with the gentleman working the floor. Unfortunately he retired days after I made the purchase. The real issue was the “tailor” . I personally don’t believe she is anything of the sort. I bought a custom suit and the jacket was so large on the stomach area. She insisted it was fine and there was nothing they could do. I took it to my personal tailor who I typically use outside of Jos A Bank. He was instantly able to take it in to meet my needs. I chalk it up as her inability to do so and pure laziness which is a total joke considering I paid for a custom suit and altering it is part of the cost. Overall its sad to run suit company and try to send me out in a oversized box shaped suit. Joke!

Great experience buying suit and doing rental suits from Jos a bank!! Great deals and they are super helpful with swapping sizes and getting the right suits in time. Haley is a 12/10 sales associate and deserves a raise for being so amazing!!! Thank you!

The store experience I had become accustomed to is no more. It was normal to be greeted by multiple people even if they were helping other customers. I spent 20 minutes in a store with one customer and never approached. Went in to by a suit and multiple other items but left. Sad to see this brand go downhill.

I received great help in formulating outfits and picking out combinations of men's wear now that COVID-19 is really over. It will be great to look good as I get back out into the world; Jos. A Bank helped me do that.

I bought a suit about a year ago and wore it normally! After a bunch of months the entire back of the pants started shredding!! In addition the pocket started ripping off! I came into the store expecting a refund and I was greeted with awful customer service! I explained how I wore it regularly, I was completely blamed and denied a refund! Was completely ignored as one of the store members was helping a customer for about 20 minutes!! I strongly recommend staying away from this store in particular as they DO NOT care about their customers!! I was displeased with the manager terrence specifically as he didn’t address my concerns and instead blamed it on my use of the suit!

New Store in the new Towson Station. Smaller footprint but it has what you need. Good customer service and nice selection. I found two nice dress shirts on sale. Nice new Jos A. Banks store a place to check out at the new Towson Station.

Very welcoming as you enter the store. I love the location. It's clean and there's always someone around to assist you. Everything is neatly placed.

They never hemmed my pants so I looked like Steve Nash wearing Yoa Mings clothes. I would give them 1 star but it was pretty funny to look at.

Was in here yesterday and met with absolutely wonderful people. Can't say enough about how great the employees here are. Store is well run, bright, clean, and overall has a nice environment. Usual prices you'd expect at Jos A Bank and as stated everyone was incredibly patient & helpful. Definitely recommend.
