Can't say enough great things about the level of service we received from Natasha! I Working with her was fantastic and she is the reason I will continue to come back. I am very picky when it comes to picking out clothing, but she was extremely patient, personable, and provided great recommendations the entire time. She knew the product and merchandise really well, too.

Ordered a Custom suit for my wedding in October. My suit came in and the pants were too small, they made alterations but still too small. They ordered me a new pair, wore them Saturday to a Christmas Dinner and the right butt pocket tore. Called them and explained the situation and said, “well once I see them with my own eyes then I can make a decision”. I responded with, okay so thats it? “Yeah, I told you what I could do”. Then he hung up. Been a Jos A. Bank “experience” for sure.

I went in with my daughter to purchase a suit for prom and they were professional and very helpful. They were able to fit her for a suit quickly and had it shipped to our house within a few days. We had visited another store that same day and had an awkward experience and we we're both very relieved and pleased to have such wonderful service here. I would definitely return for another suit and recommend it to others.

Did not have a good experience at this location. Suit was not ready when they said it would be ready. Someone called me and said they needed more time for alterations so the ball was dropped on the projected date. I asked the person on the phone if someone would call me when it was ready and that person said yes someone would call me. I never got a call, got worried and called to check the progress, they said it was ready. Another ball dropped by not calling when they said they would. Alterations were not correct. Another ball dropped! Got the suit just days before leaving the country and alterations were not correct and jacket was too long. I tried to get the jacket fixed before leaving the country and I was told it couldn’t be done. Needless to say I will not be enjoying my suit in time for the event. I really thought after paying $600 + for a suit I would have been better taken care of. I feel like I learned my lesson buying a suit from Jos A. Bank. I thought for being a first time customer things would have gone a lot smoother. Really disappointed with my experience overall.

The staff was so patient and helpful. Got me sorted with everything I needed and more. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Mr. B was sensational. Got me taken care of and found me so much within my budget!

Jordan is the man, plain and simple! I had been shopping for a suit for an upcoming wedding, unsuccessfully. Jordan got to me and knew exactly what I needed! To say he took care of me would be an absolute understatement! Great store and Jordan is the guy you need to set you up!

We came into this location to buy my fiancé a suit after a terrible experience at the Men's Wearhouse across the street. We were immediately helped by Jordan who consulted us and answered all of our questions. He did a fantastic job of explaining the different types of fits and sizing every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the customer service.

My father and I had an exceptional experience at this location. Mr. Wendell went above and beyond to provide an enjoyable shopping experience and followed with unparalleled customer service. Highly recommended.

The worst service we’ve ever received in our life. Truly the rudest and most despicable mannered people work here. We bought 3 suits and got them altered and they completely ruined them.. and refused to fix them. So incompetent. You couldn’t pay me to shop here again. Oh and if you ever want to get yelled at by a staff member and want someone to put their hands in your face please contact wyndel! He loves yelling at the elderly. He’s great at that.

Natasha was prompt and excellent in handling a Tux rental situation. My family has been going to this store for years. Always a pleasant experience.
