This is probably our favorite dry cleaner in NYC! They pick up and deliver just about everything we need dry cleaned. Not once has anything not come out right. Friendly staff for the brief exchanges we’ve had when dropping off too! Highly recommend.

My wife sent a blouse for dry cleaning with a small stain maybe 2 mm?. After 4-5 days there was even a larger stain and all the buttons that were bright gold were rusty and opaque and there was a stain around every button. They offered us to remove the buttons and clean it again. When we came back the buttons were sawed back in a very "primitive" and "coarse" way done very quickly -- without interest and of course there were additional stains. The guy in the front desk was rude and defensive. I give them 2 stars because the attempted to call the blouse store to get the buttons again without success and gave us back the money we paid for the blouse. I wouldn't bring ANY of my clothes for cleaning here again and wouldn't recommend you to do it.

Joseph Cleaners is the BEST !!!! I bring them everything from laundry, dry cleaning, tailoring, shoe repair. Couldn’t ask for a better cleaners! The staff is so helpful, and the owner Larry is so nice and accommodating! Pickup and delivery, great service, what more could you ask for!

Pretty awful. Quoted one price and then when showed up with the receipt, didn’t say anything and ran for $3 more. When complained, the owner threw $3 in cash and dismissed me. Beware esp if you’re new in the area.
