Joseph M. Wichert, LLS, Inc. is a progressive land surveying company that was established in 1991. We specialize in boundary surveys, subdivisions, condominium conversions, GPS work, ALTA/ACSM Title Surveys and septic system designs. Joseph M. Wichert, L.L.S., Inc. was established in 1991 as a two person firm and has continued to grow since then. We currently have a 2 man survey crew, a 1 man robotic survey crew and three licensed land surveyors who are also septic system designers on staff. Our field crews use new modern Topcon total stations (GPT 3000s), a Trimble 5700 robotic Total Station, Ranger Data Collectors, and Ashtech Z-Xtreme Dual Frequency GPS Receivers. All field work is computed using Autodesk Land Development Desktop 2008 software. Although we have grown tremendously since 1991, most times Joe is still the person answering the phone and he is available to answer any and all of your questions. If there is a problem with any part of your project, you will be dealing with the Company owner and not a project manager or staff surveyor. The person who writes the proposal is the same person who oversees all aspects of your job.
