Jovie Café & Pho

Nice, clean, modern airy space, plenty of parking. Family ran. Everything is very fresh and well made. We found Pho broth to be good but not great. Egg rolls freshly made but too dough-like inside. Banh mi was good but a bit bland as they do not include jalapeno in the sandwich. Did not try Cafe drink but what we saw others order looked very good. Worth a try if in area.

The place is nice and clean. I had grilled pork vermicelli which is well flavored. The pork is a bit thick and hard to my like. The noodle is warm and chewy with plenty of vegetables!

Quickly seated. Order taken just as promptly. Food was pretty tasty and I also had matcha milk tea that I didn't have a chance to take a photo of because I drank it so quickly. Definitely will be back.

Recently remodeled - the pho is fantastic, and the fruit tea is very unique - refreshing and unlike anything else in the bay area.

Totally a mom and pop shop. The owner is the sweetest lady and always has a smile on her face. Do not be discouraged by the lack of people because the food is absolutely incredible. I have had the chicken pho multiple times and it is super fresh always. Last time I was there I had the shrimp spring rolls and the Thai tea, and I was so happy. The portions were huge and the money I spent was well worth the food you get.

This place is our go-to neighborhood choice for pho and spring rolls. The veggies in the pho are always cooked to perfection. The peanut sauce is beyond yummy. The owner and staff are always pleasant and generous with their attention and kindness. Eat in or takeout... you cannot go wrong.

This place is pretty decent. My Bahn Mi came out super soggy just due to the ingredients they put on it. I will probably come again just to ask for less sauce, overall it was good. My GF got the beef pho and she liked it well enough. Good Service!

Dirty. Food tasted old and flavorless. The lady tried to sell me something I didn't want, twice. I came here on a Friday night around 7:30pm. It was empty and that should have been my first clue. I ordered Pho, ban mi, and spring rolls. All the food was old. And not prepared correctly. The steak in the Pho was all clumped together thick and old. The broth tasted like old oily watered down left overs and the spring rolls tasted like they were from last spring. No matter how much Sriracha and Hoisin sauce I added , the Pho just would not taste better. Find another place. This was a huge dissapointment.

The NEW Jovie Cafe & Pho is PHO-nomenal!! Remodeled with bright, clean colors, new menu, and family working together with original owner. The new owner, Olivia, reached out to my expert-boba drinker daughter about the cream cheese salted topping and respected her feedback, which was outstanding! Olivia wants her customers to be happy. Hands down, the Honey Boba is the best in town! Olivia makes it fresh and doesn't let it sit overnight like other tea houses that I won't mention. The menu is full of flavor, so I'll have to try more flavors soon! The food is Pho-tastic too!
