Delightful experience with both the couch and the in-store purchase. Have owned the couch now for over a year and it has held up well and is extremely comfortable. One buttons did come out I suspect it was one of the pets but it was really easy to get the button fixed and for free. I submitted my issue to Joybird through their online “maintenance” portal and they sent someone out to evaluate and fix it, which I thought was pretty amazing service. All for free. This was an in-store purchase and the salespeople were extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. In summary, high quality product and service, would recommend
My experience was VERY positive. Justin, the salesperson was so helpful and patient. He made everything so easy and enjoyable. I also noticed how well all of the sales staff got along and helped each other. When I need to make a furniture purchase, Joybird will definitely be at the top!!
Eleven was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. She walked my client and I through options after carefully listening to her wants and needs, until we arrived at the sectional that was the right style, proportions and fabric. We both left very happy with the decision to purchase from Joybird. A customized "petite" version of a very popular model, in just the right fabric & color, who knew?! I'll certainly be back.
Stay away from this place! JOYBIRD is the worst! Don't be fooled how this furniture looks at showroom. We ordered a lewis sofa in same fabric and color we saw at showroom. it took 6 weeks to build and deliver. The cost is 3000$. It arrived totaly defective. White marks all over fabric. The whole fabric looks defective, not like at showroom. It's upholstered disgusting, asymmetrical. Pillows are asymmetrical. It's poorly made! It looks cheap! Two legs shorter, one of them significantly shorter. Look at the pictures! How is that possible that new custom made 3000$ sofa comes in such a state?!
Buyer regret to the worst. I wish I would have spoken to people prior to purchase who all said this is the worst place to buy from and horrible quality. $3000 dollar couch that hardly lasted 1 year. The $800 couch from a value retailer lasted 10 years and was still in good condition. Seams are falling apart. I’ve gotten patches to fix them. 1 cushion for the back actually was stuffed with a real pillow, stuffed with cotton in a pillow case!!!!! WTF!!!!! But, I did have to purchase pillows to put in all the back cushions because they deflated immediately. And on top of that buy blankets for the seat cushions because they also deflated immediately making it the most uncomfortable couch ever. The breaking point was really the back cushion stuffed with the actual pillow, not one I placed in it. Oh, on top of that, customer service takes days to respond and the girl actually told me “it’s not our problem.” But did say I could buy replacement pieces at full price. Buy at your own risk.
I purchased a sectional way back in 2017. I still love my couch but the wear and tear on the brackets connecting the two sections had come loose. Joybird customer service was responsive when I sent in a query if I could get a new bracket. The replacement brackets arrived promptly and I was connected thru text messaging with a repair man that would come to me home to install and fix the issue. The repair was schedule quickly and the technician showed up and installed the bracket. Everything went smoothly and my couch is functional again.
Ordered a “pet friendly” daybed. Everything but the zippers are “pet friendly” so I’ve spent $4k for nothing. I’ve emailed them since I’m under warranty and there’s been no resolve or return of my messages. This is extremely frustrating AND ITS NOT EVEN THE COLOR THAT WAS ADVERTISED ! It should be closer to red than anything else and this shxt is practically orange.
I was dreading shopping for a couch. We hesitantly headed down to Cherry Creek to look around. Joybird was the first place we popped into. I was familiar with their products, but not their retail store. Paul greeted us and we were immediately put at ease. He spent well over an hour going through all of the various models and materials. After a lot of back and forth we settled on the Elliot in Royal Evergreen. We were hoping to get something sooner than the 6-8 week lead time, but our experience with Paul outweighed the wait. Great experience all the way around. If you're in the market for furniture, go see Paul at Joybird.
2 months after purchasing my sofa the seats are deflated the pillows lost their shape and no one replies to my inquiries. They are an OVERPRICED Wayfair store!
Had a great experience in this showroom. The gentleman there was super friendly and not pushy at all. Casual conversation, answered our questions, but also let us just walk around and talk about our selection for our home. I really hate pushy salespeople because they won't be the ones living with a big decision like furniture, and I'm always grateful to salespeople that can take a hint, and yet they are quick and ready to answer questions when you have them. We shopped both NYC showrooms and had similar experience at both places, but downtown BK location had the model we were most interested in. The Soho showroom cled over to confirm that the BK location had it...what service! Ordering was very simple, our custom sofa was actually ready ahead of schedule, and we had a lovely experience scheduling delivery date and time that suited our schedule. The delivery itself was prompt, and the gentleman navigated our NARROW 3rd floor walkup in Queens without any trouble. Delivery included light assembly to attach the legs and place the cushions, which came separately wrapped. And the delivery guy also took the trash with him. We love our couch! The fabric, the color, and the construction are all literally exactly as we expected. Be aware that the online color swatches are variable depending on your device, your screen, your brightness ...order the swatches!! Have been recommending both showrooms and the product itself to all my friends and family. I have my eye on a coffee table next....
