If you're looking for a great workout - a place to nourish body, mind & soul - you've found it. The 45 minute classes are a full body workout, the music is amazing and the energy in the classes is unparalleled. The owners are fully committed to everyone having a great experience - whether you've cycled thousands of miles or are brand new. The studio space is just an added bonus - it's beautiful, clean & modern. Beware though - you might become addicted to these classes!

The best work out in Asheville!! Absolutely beautiful studio, incredibly welcoming to beginners and very challenging for all levels. New people and out of town visitors will fit right in. Go to Joyryder!! You will feel amazing, burn a million calories and be glad you did.

Fun af and a great workout in a modern, clean, and welcoming setting. Everyone there was gracious, welcoming, and helpful. You will not be disappointed!

Super fun, super sweaty, energy filled work out!! Dana is an amazing instructor! Both her and Patty, the owners, are friendly and super welcoming to everyone. The studio itself is gorgeous, very clean, and even has showers! I love how this class is all about joy versus keeping track of calories or heart rate. There is definitely a place for that, but I'm glad to have an option where you just have fun-this is it! Don't be fooled though, you will still get a kick ass workout!

If you are looking to sweat, sing and have a blast on a bike, then look no further. Joyryder has brought Asheville an awesome rhythm riding experience with lots of heart and soul. The studio space is beautiful and so well thought out (fully equipped with showers and a blow-dryer bar!). The owners are so welcoming and the instructors are amazing. The music ranges from throw backs to high-energy top hits. If you haven't checked out Joyryder cycling studio you should absolutely give it a try.
