Not that great experience today. I wanted a manicure & pedicure just to try it out did not go for anything extravaganza. Anyhow, didn't really feel that great. I felt rushed with my pedicure was not busy so i dont know why she was rushing and whilst in the middle of my manicure treatment after finishing my pedicure which was disappointing I was asked to pay and was then told by the lady doing my manicure 'she preferred getting tip in cash'. I could not understand her well due to the face mask and possibly her talking too fast. I was a little taken back by it due to:- 1. I have not even finished my manicure 2. She is asking me to pay 3. Demanding that her tip is in cash firstly I was carrying no cash and was planning on paying on my card and was still in the middle of my manicure. Really bad service and was not happy at all. I came here to feel relaxed & walked away feeling stressed and disappointed on the attitude. More Importantly they should be making customers feel at ease but it came across not genuine. I even felt they were trying to sell me one level up manicure & pedicure which I wasn't interested in. The only good thing I found was that whilst drying my nails my thumb nail polish came off and she was polite to do it again, but I still feel it is a bit of a money waste to be honest. I was polite on my way out as i did not want to spoil my day as I feel all they cared about is a tip or like reminding me I must pay the tip. Anyhow, will not be going back ridiculous.
Only word I can use is AMAZING I felt like a new man the next day all the workers were respectful and kind. Also a very clean environmentService: Foot massages
I’ve been here twice and have really loved the results both times! I get a gel manicure every three weeks and had to find a new place once moving to the area. The technicians I had were Amy and CiCi, and I highly recommend both as they are meticulous. Making this place my new regular, thank you!
Great service. Very thorough job on pedicures and manicures. I recommend the spa treatment for the callus removal.Services: Back massages
My go-to place for years, especially for their Spa Pedicure service. Always clean, quiet, calm, good products, plus they have nice massage chairs while you get a pedicure!
Both times the manicurist told me my toes were dry and both times she was wrong! It wasn't crowded so I don't know what the rush was. It's very clean and serene but then so is my house so I didn't go there for that. I went there for a professional manicure/pedicure and paid a lot--expected much more than I got. And the fingernail polish started chipping off my natural nails after one day. Normally I would have given an even lower rating but the manager did offer to redo. But who has time for that? Disappointed.
They force you to add a TIP. Will never go here again. Very unprofessional.Services: Manicure
Work is good, but hit with hidden fees at the end. The person I went with was quoted $40 for the style she wanted by the worker. Then the worker came back at the end after her nails dried. Saying "I sorry, I new here. Manager said to charge $40 extra because of the style". We didn't have time to argue the hidden fees due to the risk we will be late to my friends bday party. I am not sure if they upsell like this all the time or was this a one time mistake. But it pissed me off.
We went here on a Monday morning as walk-ins to get a mani/pedi. There was no-one else here and only 1 other person came in during the 1.5 hours we were here. The lady tried to upsell us to the deluxe pedicure as "you get nothing with the normal one" - implying that there was no scrub etc unless we went deluxe. The ladies were polite but one was very pushy, and pretended? not to understand me when I asked if there was a discount for two deluxe treatments - there wasn't. As a treat I agreed to do the deluxe - and it was indeed lovely. There were wraps for our legs/feet, scrubs, and a ten min leg massage. The manicure was decent though mine did chip after only a few days. However what really disappointed us was the treatment we received at the end regarding the tip. After paying $160+ for two mani/pedis, we gave a tip 10% and were told "sorry, but you have to pay 20% service". This is not written anywhere as a compulsory charge, and a tip is meant to be for good service. After upselling us from a $25 pedi to a $65 one, you should be pleased for the extra custom and not demand extra tip. We paid a bit extra and left with disappointment at the final treatment. Personally I wouldn't go back after being treated like that, but the nails were nice, and the place was clean/tidy.
